staff played wth credit car , looked at the number in the back ans then scan it yo the computer before he asket me to enter my nip in the terminal, i didn't like the feeling and wait yo see if mt card will get clned un the futur. east indian person at front desk, barrly could understand his english. didn't consume breakfast on site cause emooloye was late on shift and stuff weren't ready, went to mc Do. don't recommend this place

The hotel advertises as “pet friendly”but when I informed them I had two puppies they told me they had no pet friendly rooms left. They need to clearly indicate that on the website so there is no confusion. I don’t mind paying the extra money for the dogs. If you have only a limited amount of rooms inform the customers. The front desk person was understanding and managed to get the issue resolved. Expedia needs to take accountability here too. They never allowed me to clearly indicate I needed pet friendly rooms. After a long day of travelling I really don’t need the aggravation trying to explain myself.

The staff was helpful. We had car trouble and needed late check out. Mary at the front desk told us it was not a problem and if we needed the room for another night she would be happy to help.
