It’s such delight to find not only a building with classic character, but also a business that is run with old school customer service values. From the second we pulled up to the moment we checked out the staff were wonderful. The staff member who checked us in was amazing, giving us all the information we’d need for our stay, but also escorting us to our secure parking spot for the weekend and then giving us a tour of the facilities. The room we had on the 6th floor was clean, spacious and had full kitchen facilities. We were blown away with the scale of the halls and the grand ceiling height. It is refreshing to find a place to stay in the city that’s not just the same modern, uninspired and forgettable room that you’ve stayed in a million times before. The proximity to southern cross station, marvel stadium and the exhibition centre make it a great choice for regional travellers. We will stay at the grand Melbourne hotel again.

Was greated straight aeat by friendly check in staff who had our room ready early. Room was clean with good view. Chocolates and welcome card was a nice touch

Great location as we travel to Melbourne via train it’s virtually next door to southern cross station.

伝統的な建物のホテルで落ち着いて過ごせました。カンタス航空が遅れて21時に到着しましたがフロントに人が不在で呼び出しの番号が書いてありましたが、通話可能なsimでは無かったので絶望しました。１階のレストランのスタッフにお願いしたところ快く呼び出してくれてチェックインできました。6:30にチェックアウトした際もスタッフは不在でしたが、expresscheckout用のポストが置いてあり、ルームキーを投函して無事にチェックアウト出来ましたが、最後にお礼を言えず残念です。５日間ありがとうございました。

Loved our stay here! Great location, good value for money, big rooms, excellentfriendlyservice. Only complsint is thr bed was not comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand. Great location with easy access to train stations and trams. Staff were friendly. The heated pool was a bonus. The restaurant served fabulous Indian food in the evening and the Grain Store in Flinders Lane, that they recommended for breakfast, was superb. Definitely will stay there again.

Always a wonderful hotel to stay with, staff are fantastic, the hotel is beautiful with so much character, every room appears slightly different but always comfortable and roomy. Easy walk to everything!
