The property was nice a quiet. Staff was friendly and always present. The only real complaint I have is that the floor in my hotel room seemed to not have been mopped in long time. My white socks were very dirty. I dropped something under the bed and it also had not been swept. I appreciate having the modern room and flooring but it needs to be cleaned properly.

Towels had hair in/on them. Shower and toilet were dirty with hair too. The elevator's floor was dirty and sticky.

One elevator was broken.

My mother's room had bugs and I received invalid charges. The walls are paper thin. They are over priced. The management is horrible.

Great location

When we got to the hotel we were told they didn’t have the 2 king size rooms we had booked back in July and that the hotel was sold out. Only rms with 2 queens was available. The clerk with no name tag was very abrupt and rude. Then turned around and said there were 2 but was on the 6th floor. Not sure why that would make any difference. Was disappointed and felt this property is not up to the Hyatt name. Will not be staying again.

Network channels did not work on TV. Service at breakfast very poor. One elevator out of order. Took so long to get one, this 84 year old had to walk down 6 floors. General attitude of staff I dealt with to report or correct something offered response in argumentative form. Not a real Hyatt.

Only one elevator was working, the 3rd floor ice machine wasn't working and when the door closed in the room next to mine my door would shake. Over all the property was clean, staff nice and property nice/clean. Oh, and grate location from downtown.

This hotel inside looks like trash bugs inside the elevator, very bad odor from the ice machine, the AC of the hotels are old and bad, inside they only give you 2 very very small trash cans so If ordering food beware of this. Staff is great but the hotel needs some changes. Stain spots all over the rugs that smell really bad

Stayed there in August to drop our son off at college . The area was perfect and the hotel was great

Elevators were broken when we arrived but was accommodated with a first-floor room. The bathroom in our room could have been about a foot or two bigger (very cramped), but otherwise a great stay.

Very nice room for a very affordable price! Very clean place. All of the members of staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend this hotel!
