The hotel staff friendly and approachable. Pool area lovely. Bar only available for limited hours. If you wanted a coffee or cold drink you had to use a vending machine. No tea or coffee facilities in the room

Excellent free parking and only short walk down hill to the gorgeous beach. We arrived early and were allocated a room within 15 mins, lovely pool and breakfast room. Hotel bar opened at 6.30pm - 9.30pm although vending machines are available but cash only for the alcohol vending machine. I think they would benefit greatly by having a bar available for arriving guests. We spent our evening in the old town enjoying San Sabastian’s famous Pintxios, and we loved it. Our taxi back from the old town was only about €12, we had a great stay here. We stayed for 1 night on 23/06/2026

Very pleasant stay.

Great view. The hotel is high up on a hill on a bend in the road, (be careful turning in). Ubers into the middle of the town are c€12. Would stay there again.

Staff was attentive but not terribly welcoming. Great location, just a walk down the hill to the beach etc. Quiet and secure with free parking.

San Sebastian er en indeklemt by mellem bjerge og vand. Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen. Meget turistet, ikke så ren by. De lokale beboere råber og larmer meget når de taler.

Excellent views and amazing breakfast. Close walk to the water (a little hilly) and easy to get to and from. We would definitely stay here again.

O deslocamento para quem não está de carro é difícil.Ônibus cada 30 min a 2 quadras,Uber ou táxi.O hotel é muito bonito.

Great service. it is a good hotel to not be very centric in San Sebastian and to park your car. I totally recommend this place.

Zimmer sehr sauber, schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, ansprechende Einrichtung. Personal freundlich. Gute Lage. Zum Strand ca 5-10 Minuten und zur Altstadt ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß. Haustierfreundlich! Nur das Frühstück war sehr einfach und bot keine Abwechslung. Rührei war flüssig, es fehlte an frischen Sachen wie z.B. Tomate, Gurke o.ä. Die Brötchen waren auch nicht geniessbar. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen!

Nous sommes restés cinq jours sur place : chambre spacieuse et propre : petit déjeuner varié et à un bon prix. Un petit bémol pour le parking de l’hôtel souvent plein le soir

Tiene aparcamiento propio. Unas bonitas vistas desde la piscina. También tiene gimnasio. El personal es muy amable. Lo que sí me falta es una escotilla para el WC.

Très bon petit déjeuner et hôtel tres bien situé.
