We were there in Winter so we kept the room cool by opening the window. Breakfast had a lot of options: pancakes, scrambled eggs, meat choices, lox, yogurt. The hotel is located in an ideal place by the tram and quick walk to the Christmas Markets.

Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma Sängen var katastrof dålig och stenhård Badrummet hade ett el element precis bredvid toalettstolen så antingen brände man sig på den eller så var det jätte kallt i badrummet

Room were spacious and well furnished. The room was clean with daily service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Staff gave us great directions to Christmas Markets and recommendations for resturants.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff were friendly with excellent customer service. Neighbourood was quiet but lots to walk to. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming staff at check in and check out. Room was on the smaller side but still plenty of space for my husband and I and our bags. In-room breakfast was a nice touch. Location is excellent, just a quick stroll to the main sites. Parking is extra, but easily available. Not intuitive tho, as there are no signs. Just park outside and hand your keys at the check in counter. Overall it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed it very much.
