Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado e bom atendimento. Os únicos contras são que o frigobar quase não gelava, e o ar condicionado demorava pra começar a funcionar. Fora isso é um ótimo hotel. Recomendo!

Hotel Suizo was in great location with metro at the door and very walkable to restaurants and stores. Hotel itself was outdated and our room was very small. Safe in room had no key and had to ask for lock at reception which this should be automatically there. Room was available when we arrived but in order to get key we had to pay additional $15 euros which I thought was a rip off or option to wait to 3 check in time. Never had to pay extra if room available before check in time. Room was a disappointment for the amount we paid. Breakfast was totally worth the money as over my expectations.

Excelente hotel, ubicacion y sobre todo desayuno.

Excellent staff. Excellent location. For the price we paid, room was very small. No coffee maker, fridge, water. Door to small balcony broken. Had to ask for key for safe. No space to walk around the bed.

Excellent location. Clean room. Disappointed that there is neither a bar, nor an on site tapas bar. There is one close by, but was hoping to not have to leave hotel to have a nightly cocktail. Haven’t had a bar since the pandemic.

Location is great!

Great location. Good breakfast. Shower was very small. Hard for an adult to stand up in the shower. Doors didn’t close all the way. No washcloths. But staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

Wonderful hotel with great staff in the best of the Gothic Quarter. Lots to see and do. The staff were friendly and always available to answer questions or give recommendations. There is a great bakery next door, and so many other places to dine within walking distance.

Very convenient location

The Hotel is in a great location to access the main sights of the city on foot. East access to all bus and train stations too. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast (if younl decide to stay there for breakfast as plenty of good cafes, coffee shops and restaurants right on tne door step). The room was ideal for a short city stay and with a small balcony perfect for watching the busy street below. Would definitely recommend, mainly for location.

Great hotel

Initially was placed in a small room due to our late arrival, but the staff arranged for a larger room without issue. Great breakfast included with our room. Great location. Excellent places to eat nearby, including Sagardi which the hotel recommended. Short walk to La Rambla. Recommend staying at Hotel Suizo.

Tiene muy buena ubicación para conocer sitios emblemáticos del centro de Barcelona, y muy bien comunicado con una entrada al metro justo frente al hotel. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero lo justo para descansar muy bien. El desayuno es un 10, muy variado y muy rico, Todo el personal muy amable.

Great location! Right near The cathedral.

At the time we were there, there was extensive road construction and sidewalk construction in front of the hotel. That was beyond the hotel's control --- however, no compensation or assistance was offered by the property to deal with the inconveniences we encountered.

Great location. You can not find better location than this in Gothic Quarter. Subway station is just in front of the hotel and there are lots of shopping and dining locations around. Area is not quiet because it is a touristy area. So we had noises from street until 1 AM every night. Staff are very polite and friendly. They help and answer questions kindly also have luggage storage option which is very good. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options to choose. Our room was newly renovated and very clean. The only thing that I can recommend to management for the improvement is to put coffee maker machines and water bottles in the room. Thank you to the hotel staff for the good experience that they made for us.
