Me and the kids hated it here, lbvs. This hotel is very generic. It seems to be still in a renovation stage.

Whoever was working on Froday, October, 10th at 11:30 was very rude, I book a room with two beds in one room for two nights and she said that I didn't have anything booked under my name and to call the number I was given; even thought I showed her all the receipts of me paying for the room. So after being declined multiple times of her sayings I didn't have any bookings I ask how much would I have to pay for the room that I originally asked for and she said $560 dollars which I believe is a bit expensive so I didn't pay. After before I walked out I called the number that I was told to call and when I did her phone or the hotel phone started ringing signally that I had all of my information correct and the lady there stared at me stupidly like she doesn't know whats going on. And as I was walking away another gust came running downstairs complaining about how the beds weren't clean and the room was very unsanitay and that its not a place of comfort. So for my overall experience it sucked because how in any circumstance did she not realized already had a room I pre-booked before arriving and then had the adacity to cancel my stay but yet still tried taking off my credit card.

Restroom is not working

They gave me a room with no running water, and the key wouldn’t open the door so they had to open the door for me with the master key. So they gave me another room with smaller beds and one of the bedsheets had cigarette burn marks.

The landscape was unkept, bushes needed trimming, a tall ladder was outside near windows, a screen was torn. The tub had stains, towel rack over toilet broke when a towel was removed, a sock was under the bed and other debris, floor needed mopping, hallway needed cleaning, no base boards, a door was visibly broken, my door didn’t lock! Needed another room!

During the weekdays, there are hot waffles. Weekend a larger selection of hot items. Always a nice continental offering. Friendly staff. The near future holds plans for upgrades, but I am happy now. The only thing I would change, is a cooler lobby climate in the summer. The rooms are adjustable to your preferences.

This hotel is not ready to be open. This looks like another Wyndham property that is refurbished as a budget hotel. Lots of things not ready yet. Elevator out of order, ice machine (first floor) out of order, ice machine (second floor) so dirty, I didn't wouldn't take ice. Room furniture very old, desk chair broken, hallway light burned out making it very dark. Breakfast was subpar, even for a budget hotel. Constuction material still in various places. Parking lot area overgrown. The saving grace was the room and bed were clean. Stayed Oct 4 - 5 2025

The staff were nice upon check-in. However, our room was very uncomfortable. It was so hot and stuffy, and the AC obviously did not work. It did not cool and hardly blew air out. The bed was comfortable, but it was hard to sleep with it being so warm. There weren’t all the usual toiletries in the bathroom, for example, no soap and a lack of washcloths.

Dark, dirty, broken a/c in lobby, broken elevator, should be closed for business. Checked out 10 minutes after checking in.

Room was clean staff was nice. Property needs a lot of maintenance.

DO NOT STAY. Horrible. Stale smoke throughout. Room key would not work Latch on side of door missing plate. Exposed sharp metal. Floors were sticky. No new toilet paper. Left roll from last customer. Mold in bathroom. Bed made horrible sound when sitting on. TV did not work. Should have left immediately! Do Not Stay!!
