Buen Hotel

Close to Universal Studios Florida, city walk and Islands. Short drive to Epic. Lots of things to do nearby. Breakfast options were ok, but could have some more options like scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage.

Love the location place was clean and affordable

I loved my stay at Spark, and will definitely stay there again. I've stayed at this location almost every year for the last 15 or so years - so I've been though a few changes in ownership. The location is perfect, near I-4, near stores and restaurants. Absolutely no complaints! Oh, and the complimentary zero/0 bath products are FANTASTIC!

Spark by Hilton was nice. The room was new looking and clean. The beds were standard hotel bedding with ultra soft pillows. I'm not a fan but it's good to know before so you can bring your own pillow if you can. The TV is nice and updated with apps and a guide for cable in high definition. The pool is small, but that is not what most people are interested in. It's very close to Universal, walkable of you dare to cross International Drive. Doing this in Orlando is very risky. I do not know if a bus or van to the parks is provided, but I did not see any information on that, contact the front desk. The breakfast offered is limited. Cereals, bagels with butter and cream cheese, Oatmeal and yogurt. Orange juice machine and Milk or Oat milk for cereal. The staff was nice but we had minimal interactions with any staff. Check ina and check out was fast. Two EV car charges available. They looked like Charge America but I did not look. I would call the desk to find out about the charges.

It was a very nice place and the staff was amazing

No manager on sight, he/she can only be seen at certain unknown time during the day. Our restroom got clogged for an entire night, instead of giving us a new room they made us wait for a maintenance guy.

Wasn’t crazy about having the sink outside of the toilet/bathroom. But the room was very nice

Very convenient if going downtown or to theme parks
