It was an ok stay. Nothing really special, it just sucks that you need to wait for valet to park or bring your car. Especially when they are busy you will be waiting on the street to enter the property.

When we got there we were greeted nicely and we had a problem and Ginger helped us to get through the process to victory. The breakfast is great at the hotels Tree restaurant. Bfast all you can eat buffet $30 a head.

Front desk gentleman was not honest when going over the details for room charge and deposit. I felt he was double charge me. They need to have microwave in the room. Bell service was excellent. Thank you.

It was amazing! They had a service in the hotel that helped you book certain events and excursions on the island. They also had a hotel bar/restaurant, pool, exercise room so we never had to leave if we didn't want to. They also assisted in finding a company that rented out travel scooters for my disabled husband so we were able to navigate the island on our own. It was amazing and I would stay here again!

Pretty great hotel worth it.

After spending 5 nights at this hotel, we went on vacation to the Big Island and planned to return here afterward. However, due to flight cancellations caused by weather conditions, we had to take a flight the following day. When we arrived, a male front desk staff member informed us that all remaining reservations had been canceled because we arrived a day late. He ignored any detailed explanations and kept repeating that since we booked through a third-party site, we needed to contact them instead. It’s clear that the staff needs better training. For a 3-star hotel, the property felt outdated, the room conditions were far from excellent, and the staff’s attitude was poor. I have no intention of ever staying at this hotel again.

Location

The staff were very good with cleaning and stocking the room. Public areas were okay but very rundown. Ocean view was a sliver between tall hotels two blocks away. Busy, very noisy street all night. Disappointing.

They make you feel like family

The pool was closed while we were there. They could have suggested we go to the Hilton Hawaiian Villiage to use their pool, which we and other guests did on our own but they could have offered that, especially considering they charge a “resort” fee. It was just a hotel!

The bed was so comfy

Everything was fine but the pool was out of order during all my stay at Hawaii, I was told I'll be wived all the resort fees but they were not waived in the two rooms I rented, just in one.

Staff was nice and friendly. Tv didn’t work properly, pool was closed and breakfast was not included. For the resort fee I feel like breakfast should be included.

Old property with over priced parking, thin walls and claustrophobic elevators. Wasn’t terrible, just outdated and needs a remodel. Very nice front desk lady and easy access to town.
