The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 minutes from La Scala and 10 minutes from Brera. And, the hotel is gorgeous and historic. But what made the hotel really stand out was the staff: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the hotel—from the concierge to the front desk personnel to the bellmen—went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I can’t recommend the hotel enough.

Jerry's bar was excellent. Great choice of wines & cocktails. Gratis h'ordeuvres were provided, including pickled baby peaches which were a first for us. I had lunch, too. The service was impeccable and the food excellent, especially the eggplant parmigiana. We had dinner in Caruso's. The chef was able to orchestrate a vegan and vegetarian tasting menu. The sommelier honored our request to provide options for each of the wine pairings. We were able to taste two wines and choose the one we preferred. Again, the service is impeccable.

Great location. Capable, friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit of a rip off. Next time, I will reserve room with breakfast.

Charismatic historic hotel in a wonderful position in Milan. The rooms are classic designed with modern amenities, comfortable and functional. The staff were all very friendly, courteous and and polite. The service from reception to the restaurant and bar was a credit to the hotel. The concierge service was tremendous and we would like to thanks Sergio for arranging a taxi for our party from the hotel to the airport at very short notice. Grazie Mille.

The hotel was a beautiful, well maintained historic hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. My only negative was the bathroom. Very small and no place to put toiletries.

This is a true 5 Star Classic Italian Hotel. Stay here if you like luxury and to be steps away from the biggest brands for shopping, close to all of the best restaurants and close to the Duomo/Galleria. It's a great place, great location, staff is extra friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Grand Hotel et de Milan is so perfect for travelers who would either like to be seen or else desire privacy. The Grand Entrance has luxurious areas to sit, relax, have a beautiful cocktail, glass of champagne or else a smooth espresso. The staff are very attentive. The rooms are elegant in decor, quiet, with an old world feel. One can imagine themselves to be in a romantic Italian film here, mystery, romance and love. The hotel is very well situated being close to Teatro alla Scala, magnificent dining, and boutiques.

Such a lovely stylish grand hotel. All staff were so polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Extremely clean and restaurants were really good. Close to shops, Duomo and Opera House.

This hotel is one of the best and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, common areas are comfortable and luxurious for spending time with friends, and it’s walking distance to all the fashion and fun.
