Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas; se oía el portazo de otras habitaciones y el agua corriendo por las tuberías todos los días. Buena ubicación y desayuno buffet satisfactorio.

Excellent hotel and friendly efficient staff. Casually mentioned to one of the restaurant staff that it was my birthday the following day and when we arrived back the next day found a card and cake waiting for us. Small things but makes a big difference.

La habitación estaba muy confortable y silenciosa. Lo único que las cortinas no se cierran del todo y entra algo de luz, sobre todo para los que nos despertamos con un rayito. El baño muy cómodo y el agua bien caliente aunque no mucha presión. Hay que pedir el parking en la reserva porque tienen pocas plazas y se llena rápido.

Was value for money - nothing fantastic but good location and clean rooms - breakfast and dinner included in our rate but only had breakfast which was good and excellent value if we had paid @ €9 Only disappointment is the parking - hotel advised they were full months ago …. And suggested car park next door - this was very well located but @ €39 for the night €€€€ - and the major disappointed was if hotel had told us to pre book it would of been €12 - poor show on customer service

The hotel is nice, with good size room. Location is perfect: close to the centre, without the buzz of being in the centre. The staff is scarce, and even if they're trying their best, it's not enough. Management is clearly very poor, and responsible for not staffing enough for their needs. Main issues: coffee maker was broken, which caused the water to pour over the cable. Very dangerous! The kettle was also malfunctioning. The shower shampoo and soap dispenser, didn't dispense anything: the size of the bottles were wrong. THERE'S A CLEAR LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY IN THIS HOTEL.

Spanien hade förr klädkod för att besöka frukosten. Nu kommer folk in i träningskläder och lideltofflor.
