Great Staff Easy Checkin

I likeed this because of location. Near to many places which I was planned to visit. I liked the maintenance.

Good amenities for decent price

The rooms were nice and proximity to Pittsburgh!

Nice bed . Large room Pool, exercise room that I didn't use

Stayed 5 nights never got clean towels or made the bed until the 4th night. Also ran out of soap. I didn’t think the Hampton was a 3 rate hotel.

Comfortable and clean room near shopping and restaurants. One elevator stopped working partway through our trip, increasing wait times but other than that, there were no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Very close to the highway. Front desk staff was amazing!

One night stay for a concert in Pittsburgh. Monroeville has plenty of restaurants and places to shop if that’s your thing. Good location

It was so loud. Kids running, pounding on walls, door, perhaps wrestling. Hampton did nothing and the amount of money I spent completely unacceptable

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. We had an issue and tried to help but never offer a room change due to the issue we were having.

My review is strictly for Expedias services. The area of the hotel experienced power outages. When I showed up to the hotel, the staff there was so kind and courteous, they let me know they had no electricity or hot water. They cancelled my reservation and told me they would refund me as long as I contacted Expedia. After contacting Expedia they told me they would not refund me even though I never checked in and did not spend a single minute in the hotel due to unforeseen weather circumstances. After contacting them again they offered me $25 one key rewards after charging me $125 for the room. Ridiculous. I’ll never use Expedia again.

We never got to stay here. They accepted our reservation when they did not have power. Now the management isn’t issuing a refund. All the other hotels in the area turned OFF their reservations.

The room was super clean, but upon entry, the trash outside the hotel entrance was over flowing and the wifi was out during our stay. But, the attached restaurant was very good, my child loved the pool and again, the rooms were spotless. Every employee was kind and accommodating. I recommend this spot for families!

Power out was not contacted to tell me this until I arrived at midnight with nowhere else to stay.
