Πολύ καλό,βοηθητικό και εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο,κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό της Λισαβόνας (Ρόσσιο) και κοντά στο αντίστοιχο μετρό.το πρωινό ήταν πολύ βασικό για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε.χρειάζεται βελτίωση (π.χ, ομελέτες,αυγά μάτια κτλ).Κτηριακά οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν πολύ περιποιημένοι

Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Bad könnte ein make-over vertragen. Duschen in der Badewanne und schimmlige Fugen waren eher nicht so schön. Wir haben aber auch unsere Herausforderung mit der Lüftung um Bad gehabt. Und wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht abziehen kann, ist es klar, dass es anfängt zu schimmeln

The hotel was in a great location, near many of our tours meeting places and the metro. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Good location for walking to nearby restaurants, shops or down to waterfront. Property was clean. Great rooftop bar with plenty of seating areas- unfortunately too windy and rain showers when we were there

Location is very good and close to old town. Walking distance to metro, several major plazas, river and upscale shopping street. However, the property needs some renovations.

O café da manhã é excelente.

Hôtel très bien placé au centre ville proche de toutes commodités. Seul petit reproche, indépendant de l'hôtel, les bruits nocturnes provenant de la place Martim Muniz, pour les chambres donnant sur la place.

We stayed here because we knew the location was ideal for downtown Lisbon. The rooftop bar was also a big appeal. The staff in the main part of the hotel were fantastic, the rooftop bar staff were a bit grumpy especially when we started asking for photo's at 11pm :) Maybe they had had a long / tough day! Anyway, it didn't bother us too much. The staff in the main bar/restaurant were awesome and drink service at table-side reminds me of fantastic days gone-by! I missed the fact the Mundial doesn't have a gym and there are major upgrades and renovations ongoing. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't get one of the modified rooms but whilst ours was dated, it was very spacious and comfy with a nice view of Sao Jorge castle. We would stay here again for sure simply because the location is perfect for pretty much everything you want to do in and around Lisbon area. The view of the Castle from the bar is unbeaten!

This location ideal to the site seeing great restaurants the metro every thing a tourist needs for exploring the city Breakfast is great with a beautiful view of Lisbon. The place is dated but this aside it is clean and comfortable

Hotel war sauber...Geschenk im Zimmer...schöne Überraschung...Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich...Kamera dasselbe...für 4 Übernachtung...ging noch beim längeren Aufenthalt...wäre es nicht so toll...Lage Top!!!Sehr zentral...Personal sehr freundlich...im großen und ganzen würde ich es weiter empfehlen für eine Städtetag...max.4-5Tage

Lovely hotel in easy proximity to shops, old town and eateries. Hotel lounge and restaurants were a bit pricey, but other options available nearby. Staff were quick to respond to our needs and room was very comfortable.
