The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast is excellent. The bed had only a heavy duvet for a blanket. A lighter blanket choice kept in the closet would have been nice as the duvet was too heavy.

Whilst the hotel is well positioned, the design is old-fashioned and it is in need of some updating. Staff were very pleasant.

Nice placement in central Bergen and a decent breakfast buffet. But while the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel shows its age. Corridors and carpets look old and worn and the whole hotel smells of perfume. The quality does not correspond to the price which is not low.

Es el MEJOR Hotel en el que he estado en mi vida: tremendo, la más maravillosa vista que tenido en mi vida en un hotel, muy limpio y excelente. Estoy muy complacido y satisfecho con el servicio. Camas muy cómodas y buena iluminación. El área del baño es excepcional, posee todo lo necesario: champú/acondicionador para cabello, crema, varias toallas, papel sanitario, jabón para las manos. La limpieza en mi habitación y área del desayuno fueron impecables. El desayuno bufete estuvo estupendo, magnífico, todo bien sabroso y nutricional. Fueron alimentos de gran calidad y pensados para el beneficio del viajero. Con respecto a los recepcionistas, ellos fueron excelentes y muy amables, ellos fueron de gran ayuda y muy serviciales. En todo momento los recepcionistas estuvieron a disposición para ayudarme y ofrecerme consejos, guías o facilitar mi estadía. No asistí al bar, pero lo observé de lejos y también es maravilloso. Deseo volver a quedarme en este hotel.

Perfekt beliggenhed, tæt på det meste og alligevel lidt væk fra mylderet. Lækker morgenbuffet med stort udvalg. Værelse med havudsigt kan anbefales, smukt kig direkte til hele Bryggen. Vi boede på 2 sal og turbådene sejler tæt forbi, men man bliver ikke generet af dem.

Clean, nice views, easy access

We stayed at the Clarion Hotel Admiral in Bergen for three nights. This hotel was centrally located to many tourist attractions and about a mile away from the train station. Our room was quiet and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. (Rama was especially helpful in answering our questions and providing us with extra needed supplies.) The breakfast buffet was excellent. We've never seen a buffet with such a large selection at a hotel! The only thing that could have been better is the cooling system. The weather during our visit to Bergen was extremely warm. There was some sort of cooling/ventilation system, but no air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable. This may have been an unusually warm summer for Bergen so perhaps a/c is not normally be needed. However, I would highly recommend the Clarion Hotel Admiral for your visit to Bergen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The my room and the overall property exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only amenity I used was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options including bacon, potatoes and eggs. The location is highly convenient. Jjust a short walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Strandkaiterminalen is only a few minute walk away where you can pick up the Flybussen airport shuttle, ferrys and other tour busses. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and wonderful terrace for Breakfast or an evening drink. My room with double bed was very small and a bit cramped. It was also a bit stuffy, surprising seeming as it only 20C outside

Our room was incredible and was right next to the historic waterfront, looking across to Bryggen, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, and the views were stunning. Although we didn’t use it, the bar looked very nice, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choice. However, it was always very busy at the last sitting. Would highly recommend.
