The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was good. Parking spaces are small if you have a larger SUV and are limited. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was efficient and clean. Could use some renovations and updates in the room but overall was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, spacious, comfortable king suite with kitchen, but some problems cropped up, needing repairs. (Turned in to management.) Dead batteries in remote; leaking, constantly dribbling shower faucet; broken shower gel dispenser; broken TP holder. Fairly minor issues but still should not have happened in a Hilton hotel. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

The beds and hot food were great. The shuttle was continually late and the check in process was awful.

Parking is $12, they dont tell you that. Staff was not around at check in or check out. Breakfast was very good and fresh

Very upscale and elegant

We were there to tour Univ of Houston. This was a good location for the school visit as well as areas of Houston. I will stay again.

Great location for Attending an even at NRG. They offered a free shuttle service , which was nice. Except for the 1 elevator that was out. I have no complaints. Good location, Good Price, Everyone that worked there was Super Friendly

I was visiting a nearby college with my son. This was a great location for all that we needed to do. When we arrived, the air in the lobby area was out. It was super-hot. Our room was totally different. We checked in to a comfortable room. The amenities were great, the hotel is just a little outdated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Old and wore out

Stayed for a doctor appointment was close to the medical district without incident.

Not that great, elevators didn’t work, and the first night we stayed someone’s truck got stolen from the parking lot and they charged $12 a night for parking on top of room fee and incidentals fee of $50
