Check in lady was uncooperative about the free extended parking I was to receive even though I had printed and highlighted the amenities from the Expedia site. Afterwards I did receive the free parking through a different person

Staff and property were great. Some noises from the area during the night. Felt safe.

I have only one complaint; The shower head made a bigger mess than I would have liked while trying to get the water warmed up. Other than that it was a very good experience.

Parking was free and safe! Bar was open late, service was great. No lobby coffee but it was only $2.00 at the cafe. Overall great stay!

Y'all should have upon booking that the restaurant is not included and there will be no discount on the food and on top of that what u see is what u pay is a lie because they take 100 dollars out your account with no receipt or proof of the transaction

Loved the secure parking. Wished you had free coffee in the lobby and that you refilled the fruit water dispenser in your lobby.

As I was preparing to end the long day, I pulled the sheets back and noticed some debris. I thought it was from my book, not paying attention. To my dismay, I pulled back the sheets, seeing that debris, including hair, was throughout the sheets. From my disgust, I immediately jumped up and called downstairs to inform the front desk. The lady from housekeeping asked as she looked at the sheets and said, "You spent the night here already." I informed her, no, this was our first night. Her eyes stretched and she said nooooooo, oh no. She pulled the sheets back and continued to inform me that she was sorry I had this going on. She had the other lady go downstairs for clean sheets and duvet. She took video footage of the uncleanliness. Meanwhile, I'm sitting there with bed clothes on, ready to sleep, feeling inconvenienced as my husband was in the shower as this was going on, and he came out as they were making the changes. The next morning, the shower was cold. I let it run for a while in an attempt to warm up, but it never did. It worked the night before somehow. As I checked out downstairs, I informed the lady that a note was supposed to be left about that night. She didn't see a note from the previous person. I informed her of my trip out of the country for the week and will talk to the manager and ask for his name. I called two days ago and have not heard back after leaving my information. I do not plan to stay at this location again.

STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AFTER A SAVANNAH BANANA GAME AT THE BANK OF AMERICA STADIUM……. The only reason I booked this specific hotel was to use the pool for our 9 year old boys to swim and it was closed without any indication from staff or the website upon booking and checking in. Woke up the next day to leave ONLY TO FIND OUT OUR TRUCK ALONG WITH 7 OTHERS HAD OUR WINDOWS BUSTED OUT AND RUMMAGED THROUGH…even though the parking lot was “gated” and only supposed to be accessible with a hotel key card. Very disappointed and WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. The staff did not care or even offer a broom so we could clean the glass out of our vehicles so our son could sit and we could attempt the 3 hour drive home IN THE POURING RAIN. Will be contacting the manager first thing tommorow as “he was off” police report was filed WORST TRIP TO A HOTEL I have ever had. BEWARE
