Chambre propre

No towel bars by the sink and tub/toilet space very small. Beds uncomfortable.

Room was excellent, nice patio on the back. Had alot of trouble getting hot water when needed.

A good property and nice location. I would recommend it for those who want to visit family in Ottawa and have a car. There is a hot breakfast and coffee is good.

Third visit to the hotel! Will return!

Everyone were so nice. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were very clean.

Great location, good breakfast and parking

Parking was easy, checking effortless, room was clean and staff pleasant. Breakfast offered a modest selection but was decent quality. Room was a bit dated (secondary lock was broken) but very clean with comfortable bed.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The only issue I had was if you were on the lower floors, you can hear the footsteps of the room above you and it was very disruptive to sleeping. Their complimentary breakfast was great than what I was expecting from comparable places.

Breakfast was not good. Most was stale or had sat for long periods of time( over cooked) The water pressure in the showers was absolutely awful in our room.
