One side of the elevator did not work the entire time, and no one was working on it. The bed headboard had peeled which needs to be replaced, the couch had plastic coming out of it, and the iron didn't work.

The room snelled dusty and moldy. The dust was in my throat. I couldn’t sleep. I notified the front desk about this. Please contact me about this.

Breakfast

The water temperature in our room was boiling hot, had a difficult time getting it warm to shower! The breakfast was awesome, happy hour appetizers were great as well. There was INLY one elevator operating during the WHOLE weekend!!!!!

Enjoyed our mini-suite. Did not love that the one working elevator was slow and a bit bouncy.

I love the free managers reception, I love the free breakfast which has a lot of options to choose from. Thank you so much! I really appreciate y’all!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in was fast and staff was friendly. Understandably, wear and tear, the elevators were not operating correctly. Other than the elevators, the stay was great.

The bathroom needed some repairs and the roof in the pool was leaking. Jacuzzi water was dirty.

The hotel is an older hotel. Only one elevator worked. It seems humid in the hotel. They have nice aspects like the seating area in the lobby and coffee and water all day. But you can tell its an older hotel. The couch in our suite had zero cushion. The omelets were good the other breakfast items were decent. If you need ice you have to go down and get it in tbe lobby.The area seemed decent. Houston traffic is awful. Add extra time to each thing you do specifically for that. Even going to the mall which is very close by because it took 30+ min to get there find a spot and walk in.

The room was very clean and nice. Only 1 elevator was working and it was a full house. Was really a pain

When I arrived at check in time I paid a $50 security deposit but did not finish checking in because our room was not ready, we left to our concert and decided we would check in after. When we got back to the hotel the staff member charged me again for the deposit but instead it was now $160 when I asked about it she stated she did not know why it was that amount but that “I would get it back anyway” when I went to my car to get my bags the main automatic doors lock which I understand for safety reasons it was late but it felt like I was standing at the doors for a while even after knocking a few times and the attendant was at the desk the whole time

Check in was great. First night, the room was so cold and the air would not turn off. Maintenance fixed it. One elevator was working and the ride was rough. Guest has to wait for one elevator during our stay. Saturday and Sunday, the ax was acting up again. And the headboard in our room was in poor conditions, it was worn out. The restroom had no vent or it wasn’t working. Oh and the gym was out of order. But workers were great and friendly.

Is a very nice hotel and a very good location everything is close and convenient 😃

Overall for our needs it was a good visit. Having only one working elevator made it challenging especially with the hotel being sold out due to local events happening.

Love staying at the Embassy

There were a few leaks throughout the hotel and only 1 working elevator.

Great quality and good location. A 5 minute walk to the Galleria mall.

LOVE HOW THE ROOM IS SO HUGE FOR A BIG FAMILY AND ALSO THE BREAKFAST. BUT THEY NEED TO WORK ON THE ELEVATOR
