Very clean

The staff were unbelievable!! Each of them so friendly, compassionate, and hard working!! This was a medical stay for us and they were so helpful and caring to us. The breakfast blew my mind! On a cold winter morning it was exactly what i needed! We also traveled with our 6 month old pup for the first time and his experience was super fantastic! I love that there is no carpeting in the room, the ground floor outter door to make in and out for pee breaks a breeze, and the other dogs he had a chance to socialize with also staying there. Lots of space to walk for a pee break too and a 24 hr animal hospital right beside in case you ever need it. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Worth every penny and then some!!

Greeted the receptionist with a smile who returned it with a scowl.... never experienced this before.

Room was not cleaned properly bathtub and sink looked like a quick touch up . Floors were dirty . Housekeeping did bare minimum and a rude night staff, that was extremely rude about him being in the lobby at night . Other wise quiet stay which was nice .

Staff was courteous and efficient. The room was dated, the carpet was visibly dirty and had an odor. The sheets on my bed were pilled (I had to wear full pj pants and socks since I dislike the feeling of pilled fabric on my legs). Bathroom was spotless and super clean. Breakfast was included but we didn't go - the food looked very basic.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a main floor room loke we asked. The facilities are very clean. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Everything was good

Yes the room was clean etc but what stood out was the staff. Everyone was so pleasant from check in to check out. Considering we were there for Xmas eve to Xmas day all the staff was so considerate and helpful. You should be so proud of the staff at this location they were amazing.

Everything about this hotel is great. Feels like home to us.

Friendly social staff, clean room, comfortable bed, just the room was so cold when we arrived the AC was on.
