รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจกับพนักงานฝ่ายสำรองห้องพักเลย ดูเหมือนพวกเขาอยากจะไปอยู่ที่อื่นมากกว่า รับโทรศัพท์แล้วไม่ยอมพูด พอพูดแล้วก็ยังไม่สุภาพอีก บริการลูกค้าแย่มาก อย่ามาพักที่นี่เลย ตัดสินใจไม่พักต่อแล้ว

The entrance to the hotel is currently under renovation which is acceptable for improving the hotel. However, at check-in, the staff was minimally helpful and not very informative. To add considerable insult to injury the bathroom was not cleaned and there were dirty towels hanging. With no clean towels present. After contacting the hotel staff regarding the bathroom towel issues they asked if we could come down to the main desk to pick them up because they don't have custodial staff at the time. In the morning when going to take a shower there was an open soap bar on the shelf with several very black (what looked like genital) hairs on the soap. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel let alone a hotel in Canada. We paid decent money for the room and it was not even remotely cleaned appropriately to basic standards. When checking out there was another individual checking in. The airport shuttle has arrived and we needed to catch our flight but the attendant continued with the apparently confusing checking discount codes instead of making sure the person who has to catch the shuttle is on their way. He stated we should have told them of the room situation and they would have given us a new one. We reiterated that it was stated last night that the bathroom wasn't cleaned nor were there clean towels (including the presence of dirty towels). His reply was "oh" P.s. The elevator also smelled like vomit and had some interesting characteristics stopping on floors with no people and doors staying open for 2 min before closing even after pushing the closed buttons. Very unimpressed and disappointed with this stay especially given the expense of the hotel.

Very descent and budget friendly hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, efficient and cheerful- except one that did look and behave throughout our stay as if she would prefer to be elsewhere! The airport shuttle was flawless. I will definitely not hesitate to return to this hotel. No doubts the hotel has seen many more glorious years but the management seems to be on top of things to keep it going.

ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบมาก... แต่แบตเตอรี่รีโมททีวีเหลือน้อย! เกือบทำให้ฉันตายเลย! ฮ่าๆ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำยอดเยี่ยมมาก ฝักบัวและอ่างล้างหน้ามีแรงดันน้ำดี เครื่องชงกาแฟก็ดีมาก มีแคปซูลให้เลือกใช้หลายแบบ รวมถึงแบบที่เราชอบคือแบบไม่มีคาเฟอีน ห้องเราอยู่ใกล้ลิฟต์ แต่ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องเสียงรบกวนเข้ามาในห้องเลย เรานอนหลับพักผ่อนได้อย่างเต็มที่ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ฉันประหลาดใจมากที่สามารถจอดรถได้ใกล้ประตูทางเข้ามาก คอมฟอร์ท อินน์ ทำได้ดีมาก!

เราจองห้องพักไว้ตอนดึกเพราะพลาดเที่ยวบินต่อเครื่อง โรงแรมจัดการให้เราได้ และเราก็สามารถจองรถรับส่งไปสนามบินในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นได้ เตียงนอนสบายมาก ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่เราต้องการพอดี! ห้องน้ำสะอาดและฝักบัวอาบน้ำก็ดีเยี่ยม
