Il faisait 11 degrés quand nous sommes arrivés à la chambre. Le chauffage était fermé. Cela a pris quelques heures avant que ce soir confortable et d’enlever nos manteaux dans la chambre donc nous sommes partis ailleurs en attendant.

Room was not cleaned completely. I requested towels to be changed they asked me to bring the dirty ones downs stairs, which I said I wasn’t going to do. Then I was told to get the towels downs at reception

bathtub spout dripped all night, TV was difficult to navigate with 2 different control units, wifi pass code would not activate, lack of snow removal made it difficult to enter room from parking lot, breakfast at 9am was almost all gone and what was left was cold,(eggs, home fry potatoes and ham slices, when outside wall unit for heater/cooler shuts off, ice cold air from outside rushes in as if no insulation or seals. We have no intention of returning to this facility

Close to Pizzeria, Tim Hortons and Shell gas - perfect for road trip :) Nice breakfast; good variety of food. No elevator :(

Lumière du stationnement qui entre dans la chambre, air climatisé très bruyante. Je n’y retournerais pas et ne le recommanderais pas à mes amis, très dispendieux en comparaison d’autres hôtels à Val Dior qui sont un peu plus chers, mais plus récents!

The air conditioner didn’t work, hardly slept and weren’t able to get a discount. Carpet was filthy and room had a bad odour

Back door did not have a latch/lock Locked with a wooden piece. This was Not acceptable for a deluxe room.

L’endroit est un peu vieillot, mais les lits sont confortables, la chambre d’une belle dimension. Le service est vraiment génial! Les gens tout à fait gentil! Et juste pour le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas seulement un petit déjeuner continental plate, mais un déjeuner complète…..gaufres, œufs, saucisses ou bacon, patate, pâtisserie, céréales et fruits. Tout a été parfait dans notre séjour. Merci

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The rest of it was bad. The room was smelly, the bed uncomfortable and the fridge didn't keep the food cold. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order so plan b was out the door. Now I don't know if it was just luck of the draw but the clientele made me double check the locks on the door.
