Showed up 5 min before check in- time. Was told we would probably have to wait for our room to be finished since they were understaffed, but given no information on how much time. Thankfully after I insisted that we had somewhere very important to be we were given another room that was ready but had doors leading to the room next door. Because of these doors we could hear the people next door until 2 am. One of the beds duvet smelled extremely musty and mildew like. Had to sleep in the other bed, while my partner took the smelly one. Overall, just okay but definitely not worth $300 a night. Will not be coming back.

Everything was good for a comfort inn. Bed was too small for 2 adults. Needed a king. Nice and quiet. Would of been nice to see local news instead of Toronto and Buffalo.

All doors are very loud. While staff was cleaning other rooms in our hallway it was constant door slamming several times a minute and I couldn't even block the sound out with ear buds. Also the AC was old and loud but it did work well for keeping it a good temperature. But if you need quiet to sleep, this is not the place. The staff was very nice though, and breakfast until 10 am was a plus.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very busy not always a place to sit.

Our experience was excellent. It was clean, the staff were friendly and willing to answer our questions, the included breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I would highly recommend this motel.

Breakfast wasn't the best.... but it depends on what you like to eat

This property backs onto a major road so you can hear traffic. The breakfast area was small with limited seating.Food variety typical. I don’t believe there is an elevator so make sure to book street level if you have lots of luggage or have any ailments. Bathroom has no counter space.

I was in a walking boot with a broken foot and stayed here because I had a 6 30 appointment at the fracture clinic in Orillia. I had booked this room on Hotels.com thinking I had booked a room on the first floor. When I arrived it was not busy and it took an unusually long time for the guy on the front desk to check me in. Then I was given a room on the second floor and the fellow at the front desk was not willing to move my room....there is no elevator in this hotel and I had to struggle my way up the stairs. The entranced in and our of the hotel are not level and I would not consider this an accessible property.

All the staff we ran into were extremely friendly and the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable too. Will definitely book a room there again.

Our stay was just one night as we made our way north and found some sites of interest in Orillia before moving on. Check-in was easy and quick. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Extra pillows and towels too! Complimentary breakfast had options and was pretty good. Free parking on site.
