Le personnel était amical et poli; La nourriture était bonne; Les murs étaient un peu endommagés, la plomberie du bain était en mauvais état.

The night we checked in I went to take a shower the water was pouring out of the knob. My husband went down to tell them. They said nothing they could do for us because of the way we booked. Not in the mood to argue after a 10 hour drive. Then the remote did not work for the tv called down they said if we wanted to we could come down to the front desk and get new batteries. Turns on the lamp by bed it is dimming and going bright. Ask for a room change we were told we could not change room because of the fact we booked with hotel app. We booked and paid for 2 days. I have to sponge bath. When debit back to the room we hope at least the tv and light would be fixed. NOPE Upon check out I complained again and was told to day I used an Ap to book

The upper floors have not been renovated yet; bathroom fixtures very old and shower needs to be replaced asap for water mixing properly.

L'accueil s'est fait rapidement puisque j'ai payé à l'avance. Par contre, la première chambre qu'on nous avait donné n'avait pas été nettoyé. Nous sommes retournés à l'accueil et on nous a changé de chambre en 2 minutes. Très bon service! Nous avions également signé pour partir le "late check out" jusqu'à 13h et on nous a appelé à 12h05 (heure normale de check out midi) pour savoir quand on quittait... Mais à part ça, bon déjeuner, bon confort, ça a fait la job!

Hôtel bien situé, le personnel est très gentil et la chambre était bien mais aurais besoin d'être un peu rénovée. Le déjeuner inclus était très bien. Le point négatif est l'insonorisation, il laisse vraiment à désirer, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le corridor et dans la chambre voisine car il y avait une porte communicante qui était tout sauf insonorisée. Heureusement, ils ont un couvre-feu qui évite que des gens festoient tard et empêchent les autres clients de dormir

La chambre était bien mais il y avait une odeur bizarre et nauséabonde qui persistait dans l’air. J’ai dû acheter un sens-bon pour me sentir confortable.

This is an economical stay if you expect a basic decent room at a good price point. My rating is also driven by the value for money. Positives- Basic breakfast included scambled eggs, fresh waffles, cereal, hashbrowns, good coffee, fruit, breads and spreads. Microwave in the room is a great plus. Ample free parking on the lot on ground level Right on a major road within 15 min from downtown Montreal and a few eateries nearby Downsides- Even though no elevators, but the hotel only has ground 1 floors so not too much of a hassle unless you have a lot of heavy luggage Breakfast room is slightly small. Rooms are old without much view but given the price point, it is worth it if you just want to stay and explore around.

Breakfast was poor, some regular items were out of like waffles, they said because of the holidays, i guess there is a lack of planning

Mon séjours étaient positives par contre le bruit à côte de la chambre ça nous a beaucoup dérangé car il y avait une chambre électrique.

Clean room, breakfast was okay but consider decent with the price we paid. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to montreal

Great affordable hotel, it was clean but a little old. Lobby was extremely hot all the time and for breakfast was very uncomfortable due to high temperatures (above 80 degrees). Location was great!!!
