The desk attendant charged clients twice. It was a hassle to deal with to get the refund b

La réservation a été fait par Expédia et lorsque nous sommes arrivé à la réception on nous as dit sans aucune explication que notre réservation avais annuler mais on ne sais pas par qui ni pour quel raison. On m'as dit de m'adresser au manager de l'hôtel qui ne retourne pas mes appels.

My room was cancelled and I was not notified until I got to the front desk at check in. At that point, I had already travelled hours to Montreal. The front desk clerk was very nice though and did tell me the closest hotels in hopes I would find a room.

The staff that I spoke to were amazing and helpful however, the room itself was not available until two hours after check-in. Also, the toilet did not flush appropriately as it wouldn’t flush pee, however, was flush harder substances.

Bon déjeuner.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Air conditioner was way up on the wall. Had to stand on the bed to adjust.

Breakfast was amazing

Room missing shower soaps, hair left in washroom. Not sure if was cleaned.

Ice machines were empty. No extra blanket in the room. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Free parking appreciated.

Ideal if you need to be around brossard, still not far to drive into montreal, on a main road and restaurants and outlet mall nearby. Ideal spot for the price.

OK, but dated.

Personnel accueillant vraiment propre et lit et oreiller très confortable. Moi et ma fille ont a aimer notre séjour.

Tout etait parfait rien a dire a part peut etre au debut on ne ma pas donne ce que javais reserve maiscest ben correct

Issue with my reservation. Manager was horrible to deal with. Told her I was going to be adding a bad review. She didn’t care. Absolutely no desire to fix the situation. Workers were great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Rooms need some fixing. Bathroom door didn’t close, shower leaked the whole time.

Carpet is in poor condition

Ample parking available. Exhaust fan didn't work for 2 days during a 3 days stay. Every time we contacted the front they apparently didn't do anything to fix it except David. David promptly resolved the issue.

Smelly room and poor wifi
