There were drunks all over the place and shady people standing around everywhere outside. The lady at the front desk was sooo rude. Not only were the ppl drinking everywhere but my husband tried to walk our dog and a group of drunks tried to fight him. Luckily he had a knife and they left him alone. If he didn’t have a knife I’m sure they woulda jumped him. When we complained about them the cops called us and said they had been getting complaints from them all night. The next day the manager came knocking on OUR door at 10am and said we had gotten too many complaints that we had to leave and they weren’t going to refund us. We had paid for 2 more nights. While we were already considering about trying to leave if we could get our money back the fact we got kicked out for no reason bc there was a bus load of drunks who could complain so it looked like a bunch of ppl said something but really it was the group of ppl who tried to attack my husband. That’s wild. Not to mention it was like most trucker hotel. Yuck. The hotel room had sticky spots in the floor and the room stank pretty bad. They didn’t have a coffee pot or anything in the room and the pool was nasty.

There was a baseball team staying the same night we did. The boys and their parents were loud and inconsiderate of others. We are talking 2,3,4 in the morning.

It was not like pictures and room was Very Dirty

I booked a room through Hotels.com due to a flood at my home, only to be turned away upon arrival because I live within a 60-mile radius of the hotel. This policy was never disclosed during the booking process. When I contacted Hotels.com for help, I was told they needed to get approval to issue a refund — despite the fact that I was denied check-in. I understand that hotels may have certain policies, but this one should be clearly stated before completing a reservation. I’m still unclear on what living nearby has to do with booking a room during an emergency. Travelers should be aware of this restriction, especially if they are seeking temporary lodging in a crisis. Very disappointing and stressful during an already difficult situation.

Well I booked 2 king bed rooms. We get there and they are not cleaned at all due to housekeeping not showing up to work. So we got stuck in 2 double rooms. Well the one room we got put in was filthy. Wasn't even cleaned like if should of been. So we had to go to the lobby just to get a new room. Which took another 20 minutes. Only thing that was worth anything was the pool

Toilet seat was not properly cleaned. Our room was facing the main road, so it was noisy. Airconditioner was noisy too

Very clean room, staff was friendly, grounds were clean, pool area was clean.

The stay was ok. They didn't give us new towels the next day, and I had to go to the front desk that afternoon to request them. The door to the room was EXTREMELY hard to open, and I literally had to kick it to open it, while pushing the door each time after using the key card. There was some dirt in the tub, looked like it hadn't been cleaned very well. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Probably won't stay there again in the future.

Hotel was clean and easy to get to. Rooms were good, floor could of used one more mapping...dirt between beds. Great water presure and lots of hot water . Had to remove the medium size spider that the previous renter must jf left behind, no worries he Is safely returned to his ocan family. Good breakfast of waffle, biscuit gravy, eggs and sausage also avaiable cereal . Greated by kittens at the back door of office. Lots of local places to eat from panda to texas roadhouse and dont forget abouts PALS .

It was okay. Room was very clean. Check in was okay- staff acted like they did not want to do their job for the check in, seemed interrupted and had to get off of their personal phone to do their job

Room was fine. No hair dryer or Kleenex in the room. Also a trash can in the bathroom is always nice. Staff doesn't greet for breakfast and when an item runs out, it is not replaced. Full breakfast available is false.

Our room was great and for the price we were very satisfied. We love no carpet rooms the bed was comfortable and everything in the room was nice. Has shampoo and body wash plus hand soap at the sink and lotion which I liked the sink outside the shower and toilet room.

After booking a 4 night stay through Experian and purchasing the associated insurance for that stay, I tried checking in, only to be refused a stay there! Was told that my home address was within 60 miles of the hotel and as such i couldnt stay! They nor Experian would not refund my purchase, to the tune of $357.86!!! Nothing was mentioned about this on my Maps app for this hotel. The Experian employee i finally got ahold of, after many attempts, said it was in the fine print of the hotel's website, so they would not reimburse me a dime! I will have to say, I'll never book through Experian again! Regardless of their prices!!

The 1st room we were given had a very bad odor, so we were switched to another room. That room was dirty. Hair and dust all over the floor. The bathroom light was going bad, so it flickered nonstop. Sink didn't have hot water.

It was fine.
