Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

It was not very clean. Rooms or other areas. Pool was cloudy.

Front desk manner was awkward, but okay. My room smelled like an ash tray. Two of the lights did not work. There was a very suspicious stain on the couch. For the price I paid (over $300 for one night); everything should have been IMMACULATE. Shameful they can look themselves in the mirror and charge that much.

Bed and linens were very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean.

Great breakfast great service!!! Very close to worlds of fun ... the pool may be broke ..but everything elese was awesome and we will be back

The staff were super friendly. The air conditioning didn’t work in my first room, and they got me another room very quickly! Hotel breakfasts aren’t usually very good, but this one was great! Cleanliness was a 10/10.

The room was ok. Did not like the surprise $100 they took when I checked in. And no house keeping unless you ask for it

While the hotel lobby and halls were clean, it needs a lot of maintenance work done. The stairwells were in rough shape, scuffs, etc. The room itself needed new flooring, felt wavy, unstable and made clunking noises.

Very nice people and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Nice stay

Tried to explain the room had urine in it. It smelled like urine. The floor was damp with urine. The furniture smelled like urine. The staff didn't seem sympathetic to it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Facility in general has a bit of wear and age. Breakfast could have used a bit more attention but overall good value for the price

We checked in about 8:30 pm after a long day of travel and were very tired. At check in, I gave the front desk attendant my credit card and license. I told him we had a dog with us. He took the cards and clicked away on the computer for about 10 minutes - I don't know what he was doing. He finally gave us our room keys. We went to our room and went straight to bed. He called us an hour later, at 9:45pm telling us we needed to come back with our credit card because he didn't charge us for our dog. We were already in bed and had to get out of bed to bring him the card, which we had already supplied at check in. Everything else about the hotel was fine, it was just really dumb that we were called so late to come back to the front desk to pay for our dog. It could have waited until morning.

Check in was quick and they had the keys ready to go. Hotel was not full, so parking was plentiful. Close to Liberty “Triangle” area, so lots of shopping and eating options. Easy access to I-35 and 291. Quick jaunt to downtown KC area. Sub freezing temps when we stayed, but hotel was warm. Snow removal wasn’t the best for a private property, could have used more snow melt. Breakfast was the same all four days, eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, but it was refilled often. Room needed maybe another chair/recliner in sitting area.
