When we arrived they advised that they had no hot water as the heater was down. They told us they have a new heater ordered and should arrive by Monday, make sure you check to assure they have the repairs completed. They agreed to issue us a 15% discount but we needed to contact Expedia . This review is our notice. As we could not find a phone number.

Excellent

Staff was nice

Enjoyed the pool, had it to myself for 3hrs. The relaxation was the best!! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy.

The hotel was in good shape. The surrounding area was not good .

Very dirty

I just love it

The entire place is very dirty from the walls to the floors. The swimming pool smelled like straight up sewage. There were cockroaches in my room 207 and when I addressed it with the manager he denied it and refused to do anything because I didn’t report them in the first 30 minutes of checking in. Wild work. Did not stay the night there were so many roaches that popped up after we settled in.

The toilet seat was broken and very dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that we would probably break the rate.

The place is a little run down, and wow, those credit-card door keys are a pain, but the staff treated me well, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and the shower was good. Breakfast was fine. And for the most part, the neighbors were quiet. Quality Inn isn’t fancy, but they nail the essentials and if you’re just looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, it does just fine without costing too much.

Had to change rooms because the one we checked into was not clean. Pool cloudy. The whole hotel was unclean.

The room was filthy and it smelled like urine. The carpet was soaked and had humps in it in different areas. The hallway had a bad smell also. The ceiling had wet spots as if it had been leaking.

Not a nice place to stay

The breakfast eggs were terrible. The whirlpool in the room was amazing. The bed was clean. The staff was welcoming.

The property was clean, but I didn't like that one of the side door the lock was completely removed like someone broke in and anyone can enter the property unsafe and people laying out on the back step.

Decent room, good prive

There were cockroaches and other bugs all around.

Very basic, room was clean, bed was okay. Breakfast was very generic. Don’t expect much.

Adequate breakfast

It was very bad place. The bed sheets and covered were stained. The night table.lamps were broken. There was no lotion or shoompo in the washroom. The carpet were stain. It is by far the worse place i have ever stayed. The breakfast waa awful too.
