Clean comfortable room, very comfortable bed, easy check-in, friendly helpful staff!

Kids loved the pool and climbing area. If you are big into the arcade games, only a couple were working and the rest were out of order. We traveled with two under 4 and received a courtesy call from the front desk around 8pm. Very thoughtful but bad timing…Woke the kids up. Breakfast was quite expensive for a small, but tasty, buffet. No kids menu. Staff was great. Would come back.

Family-friendly.

Room was clean a little musty/ outdated. Beds were comfy. Staff were great. Sports centre /play zone were great. Pool needs updated and lots of arcade out of order. Kids enjoyed it

Do not stay here. It is a dumpster fire. Read the Google reviews. They’re not exaggerating. Other than the elevators not working and the front desk not knowing the elevators were not working was when I was told that housekeeping was ‘on demand’ and when the pool drains overflowed into the pool.

Staff were so friendly! My kids had tons of fun with all the activities. Food was good and the kitchen staff worked with dietary needs. Property is looking older but that didnt bother us.

Large clean room. Excellent staff very warm and welcoming. Only critique maybe was no continental breakfast.

Atrium was way too busy. Couldnt even use anything. No breakfast. They had a buffer that $20/person No family friendly.TV stations.

2 nights over March Break. Hotel was at capacity, and the staff tried their best. HVAC wasn't working on the interior rooms but we were provided a fan promptly. Great place to stay if you have young kids. 10:00 p.m. quiet hour was strongly enforced.

This was our second stay, I was disappointed at this last vacation and even more because my first visit was such a great experience. Our room wasn’t the one I thought I was booking, the description was misleading to understand what “kind” I was choosing. Wasn’t able to switch at time of check due to pre-registering, which I had never done but thought “how convienent”. Our bathroom had no shampoo or body soap in the tub which was a lovely surprise once a person had gone into the shower and soaked their hair only to realize

The condition of the pool was very poor. Many parts of the ceiling were missing or damaged, some of the flooring was peeled off, it’s very questionable how they pass the safety. The rooms was very clean and the facility was well kept.

Kids had a great time. Staff were great!

It had lots of activities for the family. We were disappointed that the slides only allowed children between 2ft and 4ft. Maybe add one with a deeper bottom so older kids and parents can enjoy?!? They could have an earlier check in.

The amenities were great for kids. Our issue was the cooling in the room was broken and the front desk staff didn’t seem interested in assisting us. It was up to 77F overnight and we had a hard time sleeping with little air flow.

Super fun for families with kids!

Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. The large playground and atrium was a good space that we got a lot of use out of. The hotel property is on the older side but still is a good space for young kids. However, we were very disappointed that the pool was very cold and that the waterslides do not run unless it’s Friday or Saturday. Had we known that we would have gone different days.

The facilities were nice, but we had an atrium room and there were kids running around the atrium and hallways well past midnight, being very loud which is a problem if you plan on getting any sleep. The locks to the room from the atrium felt pretty cheap

Staff were pleasant and yhe amenties were great. We had breakfast at the restaurant on site and it was really yummy and accommodating for our families gluten free needs. While our room had a bit of a musty smell, it was clean and comfortable. We were on the ground floor off the atrium and it was quite loud until midnight or later. If you need a quieter space just take that into consideration. The pool was fun but there are height restrictions for the slides meaning you cant be too tall or too short. Older kids wouldn't be able to ride the slides and would only be able to swim. Lots of activities in the atrium though like ping pong, basketball, pool tables, ar ade type games. Great for families needing a staycation or a central spot for a visit. Only a 5-10 minute drive into Leamington to restaurants. 3 minute drive to the marina.
