Was a clean bed

We had a wonderful stay, Staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend.

Property was clean and well presented. Check in was smooth with no problems. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The building needs work for sure, but the room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful.

Was acceptable overall. Room was clean. Took forever for water to get hot. Provided breakfast was scant.

They are no cleaning every day and the hallway is just messy but they have a good care on front desk

For the price it was eh. My bathroom door didn’t close, the floor was dirty and the sink leaked all over the counter. The AC unit smelled like rotten feet and was so noisy when it was on it was hard to sleep, plus the tv volume had to be adjusted each time it kicked off and on (very annoying). The bed was better than I was expecting so that’s a plus and the pillow sizes were actually standard and not those half pillows some chains have turned to.

Hotel smelled of smoke. Half of the hotel was smoking. AC is a wall unit and doesn’t work great.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but the sheets were worn. The AC worked well in our room. Noise from rooms next door and the hallway were loud at times, the entire building had a sense of disrepair and being unkempt. The breakfast was ok and the coffee was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I got charged when I was booking the room for my grandmother and my dad so they had some place to stay for a graduation they were attending. They even were asked for there credit card when they checked in.

I got charged for 2 rooms when my dad and grandmother paid for their own room. So now I am short in my account because you guys charged my card.

Clean

We didn't feel safe in the area. I want going to stay there with my son. We left and went to a different place.

It was ok for a place to sleep. Some halls reeked of cigarette smoke

Was there for a total of 2 hours. Found half a dozen bedbugs all clustered together. Told the front desk and he acted all surprised. Room 217.

It was nice and quiet the people was nice and helpful breakfast could have been better

Close proximity to my meeting. No complaints.

The young man working the front desk on Tuesday April 22nd is very kind and efficient.
