Staffs was so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and quiet. Convenient to go to the landmark.

Construction outside window...scaffolding and couldn't open the drapes unless i came face to face with workers! No thanks

Super hotel. Very central, really good decor and bedrooms. Requested a 1st floor room as lift not working - no problem for them at all. Really excellent.

I requested a late check-out (just one hour), but the negative response was delivered in a rather unfriendly, frosty manner — not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I travel frequently, and this experience with reception felt really below par. 21/09/25

Lovely room with ornate fittings

Great reception and super helpful staff. They helped us get our luggage up to the room and very very communicative ahead of time about the lifts being temporarily out. Also gave us excellent advice for parking. Feels like we got an absolute steal staying here.

New bar excellent, all the staff very friendly and helpful food and service excellent, hope to return soon.

Gorgeous property

Hyggelig hotell med god standard. Vi opplevde dessverre problemer ved innsjekk, da hotellet først mente vi måtte betale for et ekstra rom til vår 17-åring – til tross for at vi hadde bestilt plass til tre. Etter litt fram og tilbake ble det ordnet uten ekstra kostnader. En uheldig start, men ellers et fint opphold.

Excellent stay- highly recommend

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay

This was our second visit and the refurbishment is coming lovely the rooms are amazing, service and everything should be 10 stars not 5 it was the best trip every little detail was perfect and in the beautiful city of bath what more can you want and can’t wait for the spa section of the hotel to be finished

Beautiful little boutique hotel! Renovations are still ongoing but has no impact on the stay. Alex, the greeter, was full of valuable information including history and restaurant recs. Would absolutely stay here again!
