I booked the "Boat Room" for a small family gathering. Staff were very helpful and thoughtful, good was excellent, location, privacy and views were wonderful. Couple of constructive thoughts though:
It was almost impossible to get through on the phone in late March early April. Maybe just a bit early in the season, but phone tree needs a re-think. Also a private room is better with no piped music, and whilst it was turned off it might be better if the default was "no music unless requested".
However I loved the interior decor, and I give my grateful thanks to Hebe Monks for her terrific help, and all other staff.
