The breakfast items were fresh and delicious with various local fruit options. The breakfast staff was amazing and very attentive…the same is true about housekeeping. The hotel is attached to a grocery store and a mall. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Santa Fe Mall (which is huge and equipped with a Bowling alley and Go Kart Racing) as well as a short walk from the Pablado.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, the location was ideal, and we particularly enjoyed the entrance to the mall. However, the gym requires an upgrade. The spa provided a relaxing experience.

The hotel offers a great environment.

The hotel was under renovation and the constant noise was unbearable , so much that we had to find activities outside the hotel. Our expectations for a relaxing days were dashed. We requested a refund for this terrible experience. This was reported at reception. They apologized but told us we had to report it through the platform because I payed for.

La habitación estaba bien, a las áreas comunes como turco, jacuzzi y piscina les hace falta una renovación. El personal fue amable

Los ascensores deben actualizar el cerrado de las puertas, cierran demasiado rápido una vez adentro y personas que quieren entrar chocan con la misma o no logran entrar 😞 las salidas y los retornos de los aires acondicionados deben estaré pendiente a una mejor limpieza, así el funcionamiento es mucho más eficiente 👏, por demás TODO EXCELENTE en el hotel🙌
