Staff is excellent! Bar is good! Rooms are clean! Beds are comfortable!

Property staff outstanding!

The property was ok. We were told to go to S5 at terminal 1 for a shuttle. No shuttles came. I called the hotel multiple times to find out where to go. I finally asked a security guard and he directed us to the next floor up. I kept calling and talked to the shuttle driver 3 times. We finally got to the hotel 1.5 hrs later. I would not stay there again.

Restaurant and bar are closed for lunch until 5 pm… I never saw this for a hotel closed of the airport. Very disappointed

We had a layover and spent one night. We were satisfied with the stay. It could have been cleaner floors. There was carpet all over the hallway and rooms that were a bit old
