Safe and quiet area. If hotel provides some plug adaptors for rent will be better.

Hotel without personality, room was big, but it looked like an office, shower small and outdated,breakfast poor. All in all, big disappointment

Wont even be given free bottle waters in the room very day, stayed 5 days, only fist night you get water included. Employees arent happy to be there, food is mediocre.

Detestei, pior experiência que tive com hotel. Considerando o valor da diária, deixou tudo a desejar. Quarto simples, antigo, atendimento precário, café da manhã básico. Não voltaria, o Ibis dá de dez!!.

Hotel muito bem situado, com boa piscina, bom pequeno almoço e boas areas comuns. Quarto familiar espaçoso e arejado. O check in deveria ser mais rapido. Um optima escolha em Sao Paulo.

The service was terrible. Especially the room cleaning. I stayed 6days there, they changed bedding sheet on 5th day in such a hot session. The no- disturb sign stayed on floor for 3 days until I picked it up, nobody do it. The bedding is pure fiber without or very less cotton, feel very uncomfortable when sleep. I traveled 50 countries, this is one of the worse experiences.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was fine as well.

We had nightmare in staying with this Radisson hotel. The robbery was happened to us at 3:00 PM. My wife and I were standing in front of the Radisson sign and trying to take a picture of this Radisson hotel. The robbery happened with 10-20 Radisson staffs next to us, about 5 meters away. My wife’s Phone was robbed away by a biker. I was pushed down on the side walk. All the staffs just watched without any pity. I asked them to report to police, and them said they are not understanding English. Asked us to report to police at airport. I was badly injured with scratches all over my face, belly, hands, and knees.
