Ok

My first night on June 21 they put me in a pet room. I do not like pets allergic. Then around 12midnight kids ran across the floor over me loud noises. I called front desk finally after 2 hours it slowed down. Then went to shower dog hair back up in the bath tub on my feet. When going down to front desk. The desk clerk told me there was no more rooms available. That night i called hotels.com customer service representative told me he couldnt help me. Can you please give me some rewards points i really feel i deserve this.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. We booked a suite room and it was perfect for a family of 5. Recommended!

The building needs renovating. The rooms are tired. The suite had duct tape, keeping the carpet down. The building is worn in the rooms.

Even though the hotel needs a few improvements it is very nice. I enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the grocery store

Elise and Emily were great with customer service but the hotel had house cleaning issues. There were roaches, hair on bathroom walls, clogged toilets, stains in furniture, carpet , and bath towels and no shampoo and conditioner in complimentary bottles inside showers.

The location is great. The building is undergoing renovation so that has to be taken into consideration.

Everyone is very friendly nice welcome made you feel like you was at home

The staff was absolutely tremendous, the facility gorgeous, however; there is absolutely no lighting in the parking lot and no security cameras. Our first night there the wheels on our rental were stolen, same with another car, and another entire car was stolen as well. They can't be held liable due to the "park at your own risk" signs everywhere, however there is no lighted secure parking close by, and with two children under 3, I was not going to walk in the dark next to an extremely busy road. If they can't do lights, they should at least get cameras.

Really nice staff and great rooms for the price with a lot of amenities in and outside of the rooms. Eating locals within walking distance. Only, thing is there was an odd smell both in the halls and in the room a

Overall the room was relatively comfortable. The front office was not the friendliest. The hallways smelled musty, and the hotel itself can use a renovation, especially the hallway rugs. The elevator didn’t work for the first two days we were there. You can smell marijuana everywhere. The breakfast was a plus, but overall the room rate for this accommodation is well overpriced.

The staff are amazing here. The hotel is a little older, but extremely comfortable and safe. The breakfast is amazing and sitting area is beautiful.

Overall a Good stay. Property is dated and showing wear.

Staff was top notch. Breakfast was delicious. Clean room and quite over all!

I love staying at homewood suites but this was the worst one I ever stayed at. We checked in somebody was in our room. Bed was messed up. Windows in the room were up. We were there for tournament. We asked to have a room clean. Got back a room was still dirty. The phone in our room never worked. The refrigerator didn’t work. The toilet overflowed. There were no lights in the parking lot. Not safe at all. Like I said, I love staying at Homewood suite, hotels. I hope this property get their self together. But thankful had a place to lay our heads.

Room was hot. Toilet was clogged( not by us), I called customer service and ended up having to get a plunger and taking care of it myself. No clean towels were replaced. Would not go back

"DISGUSTING ROACH HOTEL. MANAGER WAS HORRIBLY RUDE ! Disgusting. Roaches in a FILTHY Room. *Manager Crystal was the Rudest Person Ive ever encountered in Customer Service. She told me she was kicking us out of our Room which we had nowhere to go at that point for to 2 Holiday week because I Complained. When we got to room hair was all over the place including the bedding that wasn't even changed from previous occupant.Hair in the Sink & Fridge.Table & chairs in Room was so greasy black it ruined my shirt when I sat down .IAll the racks & Lamps are COVERED in rust. They didn't make the bed for 3rd person before checkin.Husband went to add blanket for her & there was piece of Metal sticking out & he cut his leg. The Manager (Crystal) told me I was no longer a Guest & to leav front desk (though wouldn't let us check out that day) it wasn't check in time. We couldn't not accept the Room as we had nowhere to go die to Holiday. I asked for another CLARION/CHOICE Hotel & she said to get away from HER desk & not ask for a thing remainder of stay.I have photos/video of all of it. The bed sash at bottom looks like it had Semen on it. Bathroom was FILTHY & Toilet not attatched to floor. The area they serve food had ROACHES & dropings on walls. Entire building reeks of Filth,Trash that's been sitting days & Mold. Told for 9 days if we want cleanTowels to walk them 3 floors to Maids and exchange the 3 Towels we got.1/2 roll of TP for a 9 days stay ? Door handles,frames filthy !

All of the staff from checking in to the Breakfast bar was very nice.
