Good staff. The River Room Restaurant has a nice view with some good options and very kind staff. Air conditioning in the rooms could use some modernizing, as the units are old and loud, and with all the light exposure that the river view rooms get, it takes a while to get them to a comfortable sleeping temperature

Stayed one night for concert at Caesaes. All was good, ,location worked well. Views down river were great.

On arrival the staff were quick to get the line up of people checked. Described where to park and how much but not how to get back to the hotel. We ended up at the hotel next door and by continuing to go through different doors found the one that could take us to ours

River view was obscured by foggy hazy windows. Couldn’t even see the the view we paid for.

Great location

The building smelled musty and old. Our room was okay. Very hot and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. The bed was pretty comfy. The shower was terrible (water spraying in every direction yet hardly any water pressure). The bathroom light bulb kept flickering on and off and we did call someone to come fix it but they came and it was working again so nothing was done. We got ready to use the pool and found it was closed for maintenance. We mentioned it at check out and were told we could have used the double tree next door and someone should have told us but they never did and there were no signs to indicate this. Hotel is close to Caesars and the price was decent but we would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Clean and great location. No USB set up whatsoever is perplexing. Not even in the lobby. If it was 2015 I'd get it but in 2026? A big negative. I asked and no alternatives were recommended. I'm sure a million people ask the same question. No free breakfast is kind of crappy but not a deal breaker. Casual, hit and miss front staff. Not rude but untrained in customer service. One gentleman in particular needs polish Parking in the back is faaaaaar too long a walk from the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and had to lug our bags down the stairs and across the street to the property. At $20 a day, that's not great .

Pillows in the rooms were terrible, the rest of the room was great. Very nice view of the river.

We arrived little late in the evening and we were almost pass the opening for the kitchen hours The waitress was so nice and asked the manager and they accommodate us with food. Very professional, very nice. We are extremely satisfied staying in the hotel.

The Hotel is at a very good location. I visited Windsor's for the Ford fireworks and it was the best location to walk to the riverside. It has the best view as well. They could give some complimentary water and slippers for the room. Other than that the whole experience was very good.

Staff was friendly and efficient and the room was clean and quiet.

Pool not functioning, elevators broken except one, very long waits

It’s good to know that the property is connected to the double tree, the pool is at the Double Tree. You must sign in and get a key from the Double Tree front desk to enter the pool. Parking is behind the hotel in a public parking garage.

Our room had some deficiencies, curtains not on hooks, refrigerator not working and could get no one to bring a substitute one. Elevators (2 out of 3) not working, but they did get that up and running within a day. Staff was very nice and considerate. Hotel was clean and offered all the things we needed just some of them did not work.

Very busy at check in so a little slow, parking is off site & not included so that should be mentioned. Room washrooms could usesome upgrading & "riverview" is very deceiving. Staff very polite & helpful.
