Service is exceptional. The only thing is that the pool even with reservations is was to full and not able to use.

Es conveniente para poder quedarse a dormir en el sector, si se requiere la visita a oficinas o lugar de trabajo en las oficinas del mismo complejo del hotel

Great hotel

I have stayed in this hotel since is close to my family and friends. But I absolutely don’t think that in any way this hotel should have 4 or 5 stars. The property needs to have a renovation. I’ve stayed in level 3 , 6 , and 9 The levels 9 and 10 are in better condition than the 6. Never take a room in level 3. The conditions are not good. I have talked to the manager or any other staff member who I can let them know and show them the conditions of the hotel. I have to mention that on my last stay I again talk to them and they mentioned that they are going to be renovating the hotel. I hope they do. The staff is wonderful the restaurants are amazing. I just don’t agree with it being a 4 1/2 star hotel.
