As far as service animals the staff is uneducated and represents the worst of management styles they have roaches and rules that are not legal but they also are dealing drugs out of the front desk if u know how to approach them for it I watched one front desk member smoke blues in some car out front I know what tinfoil and straw and tourch look like and the smell is quite recognizable. The toddie is the worst of all lies about who she is and pretends she is so classy smart but is the most unpleasant person

All new staff from the last time i stayed. Front desk was pleasant and helpful, maintenance was quick to respond when a handle broke. All around nice stay.

Roaches and drug dealers

While there are a few strange characters around, everything was good. Our stuff was safe staff was beyond amazing! The gentleman from Texas was over the top and accommodating! Very great stay!

The worst hotel I have ever seen

The people seemed fine, just didn't want to take our chances with lights falling off the wall and some other noticed issues.

Do not stay here! The photos are deceptive! This place is run down and filthy with the scariest looking people hanging around. Rooms are disgustingly dirty and smell like smoke. There was blood on the mattress in our first room, something that looked like s**t on the walls, A/C wasn’t working, vomit in the hallway, junkies hanging around every corner. After we complained, the next room they gave us was beside an empty room full of old refrigerators?? and it was just as dirty if not worse. This is a place is a crash pad for the dregs of society. Not a place for a clean, quiet stay. I did not feel safe here. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tired to accompany us, but of course, she could only do so much.

The girl Ashley at the front desk is the best she was kind and helpful and even more. Told u I would write about u and give u kudos for being a stand out person and employee. I give the whole place a five out of five during my stay helpful staff clean rooms and good people

This place was terrible. They claimed that they cancelled our reservation 30 mins before our arrival, but we never received any notification. At all. Furthermore, while scrambling to find a new hotel, google had their hotel as having availability for an even cheaper price than what we’d reserved the original room for. They offered no reconciliation and just turned us away at like 8pm. Awful place. Horrible management.

The staff was very friendly and as helpful as possible. However other aspects where lacking. The door to my room did not lock, you could literally push it open. The bedding was dirty and there was uncleaned or stained blood all over the bathroom sink area. The tv had 2 channels and no remote. I made an online reservation and after I drove all the way from Texas when I arrived, I was told they only had one room and they weren't sure if it was clean and asked me to go check. Someone else had seen the room and left. So my reservation might as well have not existed. I got some kind of terrible rash or bug bite that engulfed my entire lower stomach region with welts and swelling so I had to make an unplanned visit to an urgent care. It completely ruined my vacation I saved for all year and I am still in pain/swollen from the rash. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or stay again. I feel bad for leaving a bad review because the staff was very accommodating but it was a terrible experience otherwise.

Drug paraphernalia on the ground, bullet hole in the door, the lock didnt work, holes in the wall. The armed security should have been a sign. Didnt even stay. I canceled and turned in my key as soon as I saw the room

I don’t stay there my room reservation was canceled due to overbooking by online services. I received a phone call from the hotel 2 hours before check in time which was at 3pm. I don’t even know where the location of this hotel was at so I can’t describe any details about it. Had to find another hotel to stay at for the night, which ended up being in Pueblo Colorado. Ended up paying double the amount for that room in Pueblo. Soooooo pissed!!

Front desk staff were amazing, friendly and helpful

Let’s start off with the staff. They were great, helpful and kind. Definitely a five star team. Now on to the property. The rooms technically look like the pictures online except much more run down and dirty. There were dead bugs on the dresser. There was no shower curtain for the standup shower. And we were given a double bed when I specifically chose a queen through the website…will probably not stay here again if I’m the Colorado Springs area.

Plenty of great restaurants in the nearby area that are good for doordash, the big qualities are fine. They're okay vacation.

RUN!!! This place is not as advertised. It is advertised as an extended stay hotel/motel. There’s no way to make coffee, there are no hangers to hang up clothes, the beds are the original so the mattresses are way too soft and the showerhead in the bathroom need to be replaced.. After washing my face in the bathroom sink, I had spilled a little water on the floor, so I wiped it up with a tissue and the tissue turned black with filth! The floor was very, very dirty. Shall I go on? You get the idea. I would not recommend this place. You get what you pay for. The price was reasonably cheap, but we canceled our stay early because of the comfort factor.
