El aire acondicionado nunca enfrió, les pedimos que lo revisaran y si fueron pero nunca logró enfriar la habitación

No sirve lo suficiente el Aire Acondicionado de las habitaciones... No es posible que un Hotel de esa categoría tenga ese tipo de problemas que al parecer es constante... A pesar del trato amable del personal nos tuvimos que salir del Hotel antes de lo previsto por lo anterior...

Buenas tardes el clima de la habitación no funciona calor terrible

The property was in poor condition. The room appeared dirty, with hair on the bed and stained curtains. The air conditioning was not working properly and did not cool the room. The elevator was out of service, so we had to use the service elevator, which was very inconvenient for both the guests and the staff. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 p.m., but we didn’t receive it until 4:00 p.m. because the front desk employee “forgot” that we were waiting.

I paid about $140 USD for one night and expected a clean, comfortable room. I arrived around 5:30 PM but had to wait about an hour because they said no rooms were clean. When I finally got to my room, it was around 30°C (86°F). I assumed the AC had been off, but within one hour I realized it wasn’t cooling properly and contacted the front desk. From then until almost midnight, I was repeatedly told to wait. Maintenance came several times and admitted the AC wasn’t cooling at full capacity. I asked for another room or a refund, but was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. By 11 PM, the room had only cooled to about 25°C (77°F). The room also wasn’t clean. The toilet contained urine, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and hair in the shower, despite my waiting an hour for it to supposedly be cleaned. The hallways were also extremely hot, making it clear the lack of air conditioning wasn’t limited to my room. Afterward, I noticed other guests had reported similar issues with hot rooms and cleanliness. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in after the hotel refused to help and resolved the situation. I truly appreciate Expedia’s outstanding customer service. For the price, I expected much better. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Only giving 4 stars because the room was very hot and adjusting temperature was a bit confusing and didn’t work well for me, it was very hot in my room but other than that I love the hotel nice clean and friendly staffing

No había tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme en Lucerna en mis Staycations. La alberca está muy linda y era nuestro principal enfoque. Por temas de la alberca, excelente, incluyendo el servicios de los meseros. Pero sus instalaciones necesitan remodelación urgente: teníamos goteras, la cortina del baño tenía moho, el aire acondicionado no enfrió mucho, no digo que estaba caliente pero no bajo de 24grados y eso para mí me mantuvo sudando. Las alfombras tienen un olor a viejo, no mal, solo viejo. Las toallas del baño estaban rotas. Es una lástima, porque les reitero todo lo que hace que valga la pena son el personal, excelente de principio a fin. No es un hotel económico pero sus instalaciones no ofrecen calidad vs precio.

Hola, Todo increíble, La habitación, La limpieza en ella, La cama súper cómoda, El desayuno riquísimo, El personal super amable y atento en todo momento, Tal vez un poquitito más de limpieza en la alberca, Fuera de hay todo muy bien, Gracias:)

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue muy amable. Lamentablemente, la alberca estaba muy amarilla en las orillas y no se veía limpia. Por esa razón, no volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría.

Great location close to many shops and restaurant

The air conditioning needs to fix because all the room are to hot we are no able to rest also the tv are to samall and there is cold water

Staff and property is always excellent

Common areas had no AC, and that included the lounge on the 6th floor. The "happy hour" there was a complete bust. But the room was great, the staff great, parking convenient and a short drive to the garita in the morning.

The breakfast was awesome and waiters very nice great service. Check in took about 45 minutes very busy should have more than one person at front desk

Clean room. A little pricey for drinks and food. Parking is a little tight
