We stayed over in Junior Suite room type which is the corner room with the two side windows. All amenities in the room are all perfect. As a gold member of Expedia, the hotel has given a special care with the letter from the manager and free soft drinks as a complimentary. The email response from the hotel is very fast and welcome. We are really happy to stay in this hotel.

Great location and the hotel was comfortable

The hotel is at the corner of Rue de la Republique and Place de l'Horloge and is superbly situated for restaurants, shops and the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon. A free hopper bus stops right outside the hotel and the road train passes too although you have to get it at the Palais des Papes. Hotel is really comfortable and the staff make you feel like family and cannot do enough to help. There isn't a bar in the hotel but plenty around it, the breakfast is lovely with a mix of breads, cheeses, cold meat, eggs (scrambled and hard/soft boiled), cooked sausages and bacon, fresh coffee, freshly pressed orange juice, pastries and a cheerful "Bonjour". I would highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to visiting it again although I believe they are refurbishing after New Year.

Centrally located Hotel, very easy to walk around. Staff were so lovely, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great also.

アヴィニョンの中心街にありながら、とても落ち着いて、静かに過ごせました。 朝食は平日は6時半からとありがたいシステムです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、フロントに常駐してくれているので、安心です。

Bra läge mitt i stan. Vi hade rum på 5:e våningen med terrass och utsikt över takåsarna, underbart!

Had a wonderful stay . Everything was perfect . Spacious terrace room , great location . Would stay here again .Private Terrace was lovely . Staff was helpful and kind .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !!! Tout le monde était aux petits soins et attentionnés, que ce soit les femmes de chambre, les responsables au petit déjeuner comme Nadia et sa collègue ainsi que le personnel de la réception. Nous étions déjà venus en Avril pour un week-end et avions adoré notre séjour!!! Nous sommes donc revenus 1 semaine et sommes ravis du séjour !!! Nous avons eu l’occasion de tester plusieurs chambres, de très petite à plus grande et elles ont toutes leurs charme quelque soit la taille même la plus petite d’entre elles qui peuvent être très cosy !!! Nous avons appris que l’hôtel sera fermé à partir de novembre pour de grandes rénovations… J’espère que toutes les chambres garderont leur style et leur charme et que ce ne sera pas encore un hôtel rénové avec du moderne comme l’on trouve partout lorsque l’on voyage …… C’est le charme de ces chambres telles qu’elles sont aujourd’hui que nous avons adorés… Merci à tous pour ce séjour dans ce bel établissement !!!

Excelente atención y ubicación

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad lo cuál es positivo, pero tuvimos enormes complicaciones para acceder al interior, dado que es peatonal. Al llegar nos costó mas de una hora dando vueltas y a la salida, finalmente tuvimos que dejar el coche y acceder andando a por las maletas teniendo a uno de los pasajeros lesionado y con muchas dificultades para moverse. No es sencillo que bajen, desde el ayuntamiento, las barreras de acceso a la ciudad peatonal.

Wonderful location. Lovely breakfast. Only negative were the steep stairs to room 324. However we had absolutely wonderful caring staff who helped us with our luggage. Thank you

Excellent hotel

Area is historic and cool. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good, but 20 euros seems too expensive.

Hotel in una posizione eccellente, la camera è compatta, ma pulita. Purtroppo ci sono i gradini tra ingresso a,il letto e il bagno e questo la rende poco comoda.
