The bed was not comfortable, it felt like a futon. The room was very clean and otherwise comfortable. Nice shower. Checkin time was posted at 2:00 but our room was not ready until 2:30. No explanation was given for the delay. The desk representative asked me if I paid for breakfast (I did) but it took her a long time to verify that. At about 3:00AM we were woken by a fire alarm! It took a minute or two to hear because of was wearing earplugs (had to keep the window open because it was warm and air conditioning was not available in May). We quickly dressed and joined throngs of people in the stairs. The alarm continued. No one at the desk. No emergency services people. Nothing. After about 15 minutes the alarm stopped. No announcement, no explanation and after another few minutes people started going back to their rooms. It was frightening and aggravating to have no information at all. There were a lot of families with young children. I hate to think what might have happened if this was a real emergency.

Hôtel was fine, beds was the hardest thing I have slept on…and I like a firm bed…but the area around the hotel was truly dirty and there was garbage everywhere. Parking is easy and plentiful and you are only 5 minutes away from the city center.

150 euros pour de telle prestation c est abusé quand on se douche l eau sort de la baignoire lit collé contre le mur un froid terrible dans la chambre moisi dans les escaliers franchement nous voyagons beaucoup mais la c est la première fois que nous payons aussi cher pour ce genre de prestation petit déjeuner niquel et personnel sympathique

Etwas außerhalb von Arles gelegen. Tagsüber ist die Altstadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts würde ich nicht zu Fuß gehen. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend . Genügend Parkplätze vorhandenen. Bei offenen Fenster hat man die Autobahn gehört.

Ras pour l’hôtel. Par contre l’environnement laisse à désirer. Sur les abords de l’hôtel en friches et des trous dans la chaussée à l’entrée Du fait de la fermeture du Musée d’Arles Antique la voirie n’est pas entretenue et on constate des dépôts sauvages Compte tenu de votre poids une intervention auprès de la Municipalité devrait sûrement aboutir il est certain de la majorité des clients arrive en car ou voiture et ne relève pas toujours cette situation Cordialement

Hôtel was a bit dreary and run-down and not in a location convenient to the city center.

Alles zweckmäßig, aber Bäder etwas abgenutzt und sehr klein. Teppich sollte erneuert werden. Pool sehr sauber. Service Personal sehr freundlich. Teilweise viele Mücken im Zimmer. Viele Parkplätze.

Não havia ar- condicionado no calor de 40°. Fui reclamar na recepção e a atendente disse que era problema da manutenção. Não há frigobar nos quartos.

Non proprio comodo per il centro (10/15 minuti a piedi) ma comunque una buona alternativa a prezzo contenuto con buoni servizi ed una piscina discreta (ciocche di capelli vaganti in acqua escluse). Colazione buona, camere e bagno spaziosi, peccato senza frigobar.

Sur notre trajet de retour de vacances, cette nuit s’est très bien passée. Chambre confortable avec baignoire et tout en fonctionnement et propre. Accueil chaleureux et juste clim défectueuse à l’accueil. Piscine de bonne taille et agréable, et petit dej buffet bien complet face à la piscine, très agréable. L’hôtel est situé près du centre-ville d’Arles, nous avons pu y aller à pied pour dîner facilement.
