Wonderful stay for 7 nights in Feb. The staff in the HOTEL are top notch and will stay here again. Easy to walk to all locations and the concierges are very good!

Très bel établissement situé proche de l'Arno. Le centre ville historique est à quelques pas. Très belle chambre et équipement intérieur. Magnifique salle de bar, restaurant, petit déjeuner. Le service est irréprochable. Etablissement dont les prix sont élevés, mais en rapport avec le lieu, la qualité et le service.

Excelente atención muy bonito hotel

St. Regis properties never disappoint. The staff were phenomenal as always. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day).

absolutely Amazing. We had a suite there and it was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in in Europe. Large comfortable and stunning inside. The staff is absolutely wonderful close to everything and easy to get in and out of

Nyss komna från det vackra och lungingivande Florens, med stadens syre ännu i våra lungor, vill vi tacka av hela vårt hjärta personalen på hotellet St. Regis för ett mycket varmt välkomnande, för en fridfull och glädjefylld vistelse i en glamorös och hemtrevlig atmosfär. Vi firade min frus 60 åriga jubileum och blev oväntat erbjudna en generös uppgradering med utsikt mot Arno och massor med bekvämligheter, som vi njöt av till fullo… Det är faktiskt svårt att särskilja bland personalen ty onekligen alla gjorde sitt allra bästa – concierger, piccolos, receptionsfolk, rumservice, samt naturligtvis köket och frukostservitörer. Men ändå är vi tvungna att speciellt uppmärksamma Gabriella, butler som såg till att alla våra förväntningar överträffades, hon gjorde skillnaden. Excellent location Staff is superb

Great classic hotel full of charm and attentive service staff. Very good location within walking distance of many great sites in Florence. Will stay again and every time in the future.

Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was more than helpful. The location is perfect and walking distance for all of the shopping we planned to do. Our suite was beautiful. We appreciate the minor details and arrangements they made to help us enjoy my birthday. We will definitely be back!

You will feel like the Medici when you stay here. The service, food, and decor are impeccable. I can't wait to stay here again. This might be the only place I will now stay in Florence.
