Rooms were good and clean, breakfast was good but the waiter didn't tell me i could order poached eggs as he said everything was self service and only realised when the next table ordered, by then i had fried. Pool was good and lovely hot tub, sauna and steam room. Main downside as a single female was there was no room key entry to the accommodation block, anyone could walk in from the golf course and there was no chain on the room door as an extra security measure. There was no reason not to feel safe, it was a lovely hotel in lovely surroundings but this would have been just a small thing to help give peace of mind.

Underbart boende framförallt om du gillar golf. Två 18-hålsbanor och drivingrange samt övningsgreener. Riktigt bra frukost och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger i ett stort naturområde så möjlighet till löpning och promenader är också stor. Nära till Birmingham flygplats och NEC samt CBS arena i Coventry om man är här på mässa.

We had a lovely, relaxing weekend stay at Forest of Arden Hotel and Spa. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, amazing facilities, including a jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed making the most of over the weekend. I highly recommend and am planning on coming back again soon.

First impressions were good. Beautiful grounds and plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly. Room was ok, not the cleanest but the bed was comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good but pricey. Parts of the hotel look worn and could do with a good clean. The corridor was noisy at night. Overall, not bad for the price.

Booked in for a family celebration, meal and overnight stay. The hotel staff were really helpful in ensuring we had what we needed including accommodating members of our party with mobility issues.

Good trip, food great, bar staff could do with some training

We enjoyed our stay. However, areas for improvement are no air conditioning in bedrooms or bar / dining areas making it quite uncomfortable. There was also black mould around the bath / shower and the fan / vent in the bathroom did not work. The toilet flush was also very poor. We also received a hostile welcome by one member of staff on the reception desk upon check in, which was disappointing. However, the staff in general were very polite and hard working.

The hotel is very clean but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. The staff are amazing and so helpful and nice. The pool was lovely. The food was excellent and lots of choice. The family thoroughly enjoyed.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was nice and quiet, scenic grounds around hotel.

Hotel is set in stunning surroundings, bedrooms were fairly clean and well portioned. Hotel and in particular the bathrooms are in need of redecorating as they feel tired.

Overall for us a pretty good hotel and location. The bed was very comfortable. Room was cosy. Close to NEC (only a short drive away). Staff friendly. Price for room was good. The breakfast didn’t have many gluten free options on display. The quality of the bacon and sausages was poor. I could not see decaf coffee, regular coffee wasn’t very nice. Unfortunately drunk guests kept us awake on our final night, as we could hear them through the door and wall, though this could happen at any hotel.

Stayed for 1 night for business. A nice hotel in a great countryside setting and yet just 10 minutes from Coleshill estate. Great breakfast I woukd stay again.

The double bed was really comfy. There was only one bedside table therefore I had to use the desk chair at my side of the bed to put my things on. There was no welcome brochure with information about the hotel, restaurants, swimming pool etc.

It's a great place to stay, and nice and affordable. The pool area is a little tired and could do with a renovation to match some of the other areas of the hotel. The room was fine for us, if a little tired. The shower in the bathroom isn't great, but serviceable. Hopefully the can fit A/C at some point as I wouldn't want to stay in the room during the summer, although having a plug-in fan was appreciated, as well as having an iron and ironing board in the room.
