The shower temperature is stuck on hot wasn’t mixing cold water! It was horrible hot .

Cet hôtel a un emplacement exceptionnel. La vue sur les chutes du Niagara est incroyable : difficile de trouver le sommeil le soir quand les chutes sont éclairées par des lasers qui changent de couleur par moment. La literie est très confortable sauf les oreillers trop souples (nous voyageons toujours avec nos oreillers à mémoire de forme au cas où : la, ils ont servis. Le petit déjeuner était très bien: varié et qualitatif. Tout aurait été parfait si le soir de notre arrivée les reliefs d’un repas terminé n’avait pas été posés dans le couloir devant notre chambre et qu’ils soient restés là jusqu’à notre départ le lendemain en milieu de matinée. Très bel hôtel en tout cas.

Long time to pick up my car

The room was terrible!! We asked and paid for a fallsview room. I also xalled a week before and requested to book a higher floor. But we got the lowest floor possible. With completely obstructed view because of treees

Acceuil médiocre pour un hotel de se standing 20mn d'attente puis plus de 15mn pour nous enregister quand vous venez de passer 7h dans un avion, l'attente parait tres longue. Mais malheureusement ça n'est pas fini, une fois le reveil ça a été la douche froide au sens propre. Coupure de courant dans tout l'hôtel qui a duré au moins jusqu'à 15h. Donc douche froide, redirigé dans un autre hotel pour le petit dejeuner, un ascenseur sur 6 qui fonctionne pour environ 25 étages. nous avons du descendre 12 étages avec les bagages car au bout de 30mn d'attente pas d'ascenseurs de disponible (notre guide nous attendait à l'extérieur pour une excursion dont nous avons raté une partie du à l'attente) et quand nous avons demandé un geste commercial, on nous a rit au nom mais nous avons insisté, la personne a fini par accepter. Nous avons trouvé votre service très décevant. Heureusement la chambre était propre

We stayed here for 3 nights, the king mattress was horrible it sunk in the middle. My daughter and I had horrible sleeps all three nights, we did complain about the bed and they sent people to fix it while we were out, but it still sunk in the middle when we slept on it. For the money you spend on rooms they should “replace mattress’s “ that are worn out. I have personally gotten to liking B&B’s over hotels!

Terrible service with everything

Decided to spring for the extra cost to view both Horseshow and American Falls from our room with the added bonus of having a birdseye view of the nightly fire works display. We also had dinner at the Skylon Tower for a 360 degree view for dinner, something we had done exactly 25 years ago. Parking was a little expensive but was to be expected. Highly recommend to anyone that might have already did the Maid of The Mist boat ride and just looking to enjoy the view of the falls for as long as you desire.

Incredible views and an unforgettable stay We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa. The views of the falls were breathtaking and made the whole experience unforgettable. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and perfectly located for enjoying everything Niagara Falls has to offer. We loved every moment and would definitely stay again.

It's just small things, the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, clean a comfortable mattress. Could have done with good size glasses only two very small glasses, the coffee maker was very small very basic. The TV was junk, had to load all the stations to it every time it was switched on, no movie channels very basic garbage channels, but it was a nice Hotel.
