We decided to splurge for one night to enjoy a room with a large window and beautiful view. Unfortunately, the weather was very foggy, so we didn’t get the clear view we were hoping for- but of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault.
The hotel itself feels quite dated and in need of a refresh. Our room (an accessible room) showed noticeable wear and tear, with marks on the walls and areas that looked like old stains. Overall, it just felt like it could really use a facelift, which made the stay a bit less comfortable than expected.
The pool area was nice- large pool and a properly hot hot tub, which we enjoyed. That said, even the pool area could benefit from some updating.
It’s definitely on the expensive side, and it feels like you’re primarily paying for the view and location. With some renovations and modernization, it could be a much more enjoyable experience.
