If you want to see Niagara Falls from your hotel room, choose this hotel. I stayed on 9th and 11th floors and the views of Niagara Falls will be carved to my memory forever. The breakfast is also excellent even with a station chef. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a window that wasn't properly closed and the staff quickly changed my room. There is also a pool area with jacuzzi, but I didn't have the time to try it. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Location, location, location! Room 710 was a falls view room right across from Horseshoe Falls. We could watch the fireworks every night from our window. The room was spacious with a whirlpool tub for two. The negatives were no lighting over the bathroom vanity (broken) and no instructions on how to obtain ice (even floors only). Breakfast options were limited unless you chose the buffet.

A most perfect stay here and the view from my room was phenomenal The only complaint was I had asked for more pillows and I never received them Dorothea 3 days that we were there and no towel rack in the bathroom to hang a hand towel. Overall I love this hotel and will recommend to everyone ❤️

The view from the room was spectacular and the falls are quite something to witness. But.. 70$ for parking? Literally everything is "and extra" and I was actually embarrassed at how much of a continuous money grab the falls are .. 30$ per couple to sit by the window, wifi is extra and so on and on.. not just within the hotel, the entire town is basically a pay to play land which isn't something I associate with Canada. Glad I witnessed it but would not return due to the prevailing sense of overall greed and grift. The hotel was fine enough but the whole Niagara endeavour feels the same - make excessive money from all the rubes.. The falls though are truly a wonder.

Property was walking distance to the falls and other attractions.

I took my friend there for her 70th birthday! The room was great and we had the best view of the falls. We also used the spa, Morton’s restaurant and enjoyed a fabulous breakfast. 5 stars, all the way!

There was a bed bug in our room, and no one cared about this matter. I have the pictures and videos, I shared everything with the manger but she never replied. Terrible night we spent there .

Beautiful hotel with stunning view of the falls as promised. Good on sight breakfast with amazing staff (Andy was so friendly!). Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. No main gift shop open for missing supplies /water and water was out on many floors vending machines. Eventually went to lobby and requested some be brought to the room which was provided. All In all would recommend and stay again.
