No decent breakfast, Not much else to say.

It was safe and quiet.

The staff made me feel so welcomed.

Property was good for our 1 night stay.

I literally walked in and walked out the room had bugs and I couldn’t have my kids in that condition they wouldn’t give me a refund for the whole stay that I had paid they charged me for ONE night I had booked 4 days and they charged it for me one night. Which I feel like I should have to pay any days if I didn’t stay there and there was roaches and toilet was dirty that’s why I didn’t stay so shouldn’t be charged for a night if room was dirty that was on them for not making sure bathroom was cleaned.

Love my stay here. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious.

It's convenient and close to major highways and old downtown McKinney. It's not fancy or smancy, but it's half the price of all the other overpriced ones. For the price, it's great and you get all you really need.

Cleaning personnel need a refresher course

This property is very musty. That smell just never went away. Ceilings were dirty. Just like the rooms need to be aired out. Thank goodness the sheets were clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Based on my reservation i thought i was getting 2 queen beds. When i got there i was informed it was 2 full size beds. The amount of dead cockroaches and dead bugs we found in our room was terrifying. I asked for an extra blanket and pillow and the lady made me feel like i didnt need anymore. Id like a partial refund

We felt this hotel was a very good value for the price. It was an older hotel but clean. We stayed 5 nights and only the last night did we have inconsiderate neighbors. Otherwise, it was quiet and the staff were helpful. Very centrally located to all of McKinney.

It was a great stay. Wish I had more time to be able to take advantage of the pool

Smelled like mold

Everything smelled like cigarette smoke. The hallways, especially the room we had. They have a no smoking policy and it clearly gets abused.
