Dirty bathroom. Picture of bathroom walls and soap dispenser. Continental breakfast but no plates or bowls. Great if you want to eat cereal out of your hands. So loud all night with people drinking and smoking in the parking lot. Along with a dude passed out on the sidewalk next to the building.

Clean, quiet, good location and reasonably priced.

Rooms could be a lot cleaner., for the price Homeless camp next door. Slept fine but other hotels in town might be better. Needs remodel.

Facility does not worth for room price and breakfast is pathetic.

I was not happy about the Bath not having a flat counter to even put your shaving needs and tooth brush on. Just a sink stuck on the wall, a toilet and the handicap bars used as a towel rack as there weren't any racks for the towels. The timer knob in the bathroom was gone so that was unuseable. The bedside lamp was inop until I found it was unplugged. There was crap under the desk and it makes a person wonder if the room was even sweep.

the staff were pleasant and helpful. i liked that there were plenty of places to eat and shop in walking distance. the area was clean

Don’t believe the photos. Right out our window a block away was a huge homeless compound. The grounds were not well kept and there was no where for our dog to do her business. The only access to the interior was the front door as the back and side doors had no key scans. Our room only had the dead bolt as the chain lock was broken. The water in the sink would barely drain. There was no ice available as their ice maker was broken. Breakfast was a joke. Not even coffee available, only tea. There was almost nothing to eat. It was pretty noisy until late at night as halls were busy and doors were slamming. The indoor pool did look nice and was busy with families.

Good room.

The room was decent. Restaurant was nearby, which was great. Front desk people weren’t sure what they were doing. Although I paid for the rooms through Expedia, we were still charged by the hotel and it took a few days to have it reversed. Huge homeless encampment right behind the hotel on the hill, occasionally some would be walking around the hotel parking lot (one swinging around a bat), which was unnerving since I had to walk my dogs.

The pool was nice for my daughter. The person at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean.

The first room they put us in was disgusting, there was dead bugs in the window seals, there was ants on the counter and the bathtub was dirty. The entrance doors were not working on the side of the building we had to enter from the front door even though our room was on the other end of the building and upstairs. The ice machine was broken. The second room they put us in was much nicer the bed was comfortable. The extra lock on the door was broken.

The Ice Machine was broken. Unsafe will all the homeless around. NO SECURITY CAMERAS hooked up. The A/C in the room was falling apart. The bathroom shower wouldn't drain. Very small bathroom. Bedroom Window was disgusting with dirt, dead flies and something on the window on the outside. Homeless people TRIED to BREAK INTO MY CAR TWICE throughout the night. Breakfast is small, not much effort. Key cards stopped working. The hotel used rocks to keep outside doors open if you wanted to get in, and no one would move the rock to close the door when finished. There was a review about this back in DEC 3, 2024 that the hotel said they would fix immediately and never did. Still an issue June 12, 2025. My father was at the pool and they let the homeless in the pool. No manager on-site during the time we were there. Employee was in the back most of the time not watching the front. NOT SATISFACTOTRY and should be CLOSED DOWN unless security and cleaniness is held to the highest of standards.

1. No elevator 2. 150 dollar deposit? 3. No ice bucket..why you ask, the one and only ice maker was broken. Wasn’t told that at check-in, ended up having to go back downstairs to ask, because there is no phone room. 4. Light bulbs out in room 5. Pet area not well maintained, maybe because there was no poop bags. 6. No dirty clothes bag 7. Limited breakfast items and NO COFFEE an hour before end of breakfast.

It was good

It was horrible all the way around. We got there at 215 and the ladies said, we could pay $50 for an early check-in. I told her no, she told me check-in was 3 o'clock. We left and came back at 3. They tried to give us a room on the 2nd floor I had requested a room on the bottom floor I can't do stairs and I'm a senior so then they said the room would not be ready until to 3:30 . So we paid for bottom floor room and two queen beds,.And we got she said, we got an upgrade 2 double beds on the bottom floor.. At 11 o'clock, a homeless person was knocking on the door we called the office and the guy said, oh I thought she looked strange. The TV didn't work right the lady cat that worked there. She was being very nice.... Had coffee in the morning at the breakfast bar and it was like dirty water...... It was quite the experience. I will never go back.Horrible service horrible everything they need to clean that place up It was quite the experience. I will never go back. Horrible service, horrible, everything they need to clean that place up. And they rent the swimming pool out to the public. For parties $,12 a child. And I had no idea that we'd be swimming with a bunch of kids. They don't even live there. It's a long before that. They should let people know when they booked the reservation. They rent the pool out to kids. That was very disappointing.

Lots of homeless around. Made feel u safe and unsure about belongings in uhaul. Ice machine out of order. Hot tub was cold. Pool was hot and holding birthday party. Shampoo and soap were out in our bathroom. Fridge was old and rusty.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

RVs & pickups allowed in back parking area of hotel with constant generators going i.e. all night noise. Same people held back door open in the morning to let in such persons to use the facilities and help themselves to continental breakfast items. This should not be allowed (as we have observed) and makes for an uncomfortable stay and concern for our safety!
