A nice overnight stay in a very god location. Room comfortable and clean with good amenities. Interior is dated but adequate for the needs. Ample parking too. The exterior could be more appealing but again adequate for the needs of the hotel.

The warm weather made the hotel’s lack of air conditioning a real struggle. The windows barely opened beyond an inch or two and the room was hotter than the sun. I was so hot and uncomfortable I considered alternative accommodation at 5am after a terrible night’s sleep. Without a fan the only option was to leave the main door open for some hallway airflow. It made the first night almost unbearable. The rooms cleanliness was about a 2/5, more attention should have been paid to the bathroom, finding rogue hairs in the bath and surrounding area a bit grubby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but the hotel was "ok" for the price paid.

Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Clean. No AC but window provided cooling. All staff were eager to help and friendly.

Slidt hotel med særdeles mangelfuld rengøring. Gulve alle steder, dog især badeværelset var ikke rengjort ( hår, nullermænd og små stykker papir ). Ingen daglig rengøring på værelset, heller ikke opfyldning af kaffe osv, ingen rene kaffekopper. Heldigvis skulle vi bare overnatte. Kan ikke anbefales. Bente

Hotel was like stepping back into a time warp. Architraves around the door falling off. Bath had silicone all over it where a shower glass was previously. Rooms didn't cleaned between nights. No fresh tools or bin emptied. Wouldn't book here again.

Charged me twice for this booking even after I advised it was prepaid.

The hotel is in a poor state, the staff were very good, the building is in need of lots of improvement i would not recommended it as a place to stay.

The room cleanliness could be improved, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good parking area and lovely back garden..

Hermetically sealed and far too warm. Strong smell of marajuana in the stair well, lift didn’t work. Gave me a free breakfast though

I was a bit late getting up so food was a bit cold, otherwuse good.

The hotel is in the final stages ( or we was told it was) of a refit. We have stayed before and there have been major changes. The front outside entrance area does need attention IMHO is not to welcoming. The rooms were spotless the staff are amazing. They were serving breakfast this time and is was great value. Good quality product's. Will defo be staying again.

Really run down hotel, dark corridors and not many people about, bit worrying for a female solo traveller.

Absolutely amazing ,hotel was lovely, staff was so very friendly and overall catered for everything we needed . I'll definitely book here if visiting wigan again 10/10

Great overnight stay. Room was lovely and a bonus it is pet friendly and there were no pet charges. Good value. Would highly recommend.

Nice enough staff but that is about it. Hotel was run down, dirty, our room wasn’t clean, there was glass on the bathroom floor, glass by the double doors by the elevator. Mentioned to the staff but glass from the ground floor wasn’t picked up for over 24h. Had a puppy in the room with us but the floor wasn’t safe as there was nails poking up and carpet missing
