Good size room. Good breakfast

The hotel was good, but breakfast was nearly cleaned out by the time we got there. They were out of pancakes and milk, yogurt, etc. and wouldn’t bring any more out.

Goof

Have stayed at this hotel many times. I do like the renovation, it is very nice. The complimentary breakfast has a variety to suite everyone. I will definitely stay here again as I always do.

We arrived a little early and a room wasn't ready; the guy told us it would be about 40 minutes. We told him we would go eat lunch and come back. He gave us two 10% off coupons for the restaurant nearby, totally worth it and great food. Our room was ready when we got back and it was wonderful. Only had one little issue with one of the tvs but other than that, it was a really great stay and we would come back!

Staff wasn't friendly. Interior seemed dingy, excuse was they were renovating. Flying ants inside.

No towels in the room... only hand towels for the bathroom.

Hotel was recently renovated, however construction cleanup still lingers throughout rooms (windows/tracks), lobby and elevators.

Everything was perfect! Will book again 😊

The room w a s fine. The staff did there best i think. Problem was they check me out 1 day early? Thats was weird when i booked 2 nughts. Had to book again. Pay again afyer i already paid fir 2 nights. Thx kinda weird.

Ants and spiders in my room. Sticky floor. Bad smell. Old electrical wires coming out where old thermostat used to be. Paint chipping. Overall bad conditions. Embarrassed I stayed there.

Property was clean. Staff was very nice.

Convenient location however I was looking forward to a swim and specifically booked a hotel with a pool for that reason. After check in we were told the pool was closed due to a child wearing sunscreen in the pool. They said we could use the hot tub. Upon entering there was a strange smell and it was extremely humid. They opened the door for air circulation. I sat in the hot tub and immediately felt concerned…i noticed chunks of caulking floating around. Looked at the main pool and it was obvious there was a greasy white cloudy chemical floating around with chunks of caulking and large flakes of paint. I don’t know who is doing the maintenance but I’d question their credentials. Caulking where there should be grout and making an absolute mess in both the pool area and around the entrances. Twice a man tried to get into our room without knocking or announcing themselves and was successful once despite me saying someone is in here!. I really wasn’t happy about that. He did quickly turn around and go back out. I looked down the hall and he was gone. I presume it was maintenance. At time of check out, I waited and nobody came to the desk so I gave up and placed the room keys in the drop box. Those darn cinnamon buns in the morning are the only reason why I pick holiday inn express lately! 😕

Clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice

The beds were comfortable.

Shower hot and cold water switched. Dangerous. Someone can get burned badly. Had to push open the bathroom door with my shoulder just to get out. Breakfast room very hot and food subpar. Cold or close To frozen. Not good at all

The hotel was extremely rundown. The swimming pool did not work so they had it shut down. It did not accommodate handicap people very well because the floor was torn up. Construction was around the location, but it did not look like they were doing an actual upgrade.. the hallway stunk and the lobby was super hot with no AC. The AC in our room did not work and there were holes in the walls. Overall, I would give this property a two star if even that. It was one of the more expensive properties to rent and we chose it because you get what you pay for but in this case, we did not get what we paid for. Breakfast was not that good because they ran out of biscuits and the family wanted the biscuits and gravy so they were left just with table scraps. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. As a matter of fact, they should refund my money.
