Room was great!! Pool and stuff needs some TLC. Staff so kind and helpful. Will stay again!!

Work is being done on the building so parking can be a small issue

Jim was wonderful at checkin but during 2nd day our stay we came back to our room to the overwhelming stench of sewage (not the usual farm fertilizer smell). Straight up sewage. It was severe and we called front desk immediately. They said they would send someone up. We waited 15 minutes outside our room and no one came. Finally we came down to follow up and there was very little concern from the young woman at the counter. They assigned us a different room but didnt offer anything else. We had to move ourselves. No one even offered to help or supply a baggage cart. We had to bear the horrible sewage stench as we rushed to pack up all our equipment including heavy items, and moved ourselves to a different room that had bottled water by the ice bucket that was already open and half drunk. There was no further apology or explanation for the incident, no compensation, nor did they ever follow up with us to check that we were alright. Utter disinterest by the front desk staff, they didnt even seem surprised. 🙄 I travel a lot and this was noteworthy in the worst way. Also beds were comfy but the shower curtains are not very water resistant. Later we noticed that the outdoor area also smelled like sewage by the exterior wall. They must have hit a pipe during renovations. For the price not worth the crap service we got (so to speak).

There is some outside work going on i hope it is also to improve some parking issues ..there is a white spot attatched hours could be better it closes at 9pm its spring/summer patio wasnt open when we were there . Our room was on 3rd and it was ok ..staff was nice and helpfull.

Hotel in desperate need of upgrade. Location poor being close to animal farms so the smell is horrible, though not something within their control. Staff seemed unhappy. Beds uncomfortable and pillows need to be replaced. Overall low quality hotel.

We were on floor 3. 7:00 am construction started on the forth floor jack hammering started. Bang the noises were very loud and disturbing. We were not warn or made aware that we could exspect the wakeup. This ruined are stay. No compensation offered

The room was spacious and clean. We liked the attached restaurant. The only downside was some jackhammer noise early in the morning.

Roadside rooms are noisy due to the highway.
