Helpful staff good location

Super helpful, efficient staff. Great location off the highway, not noisy though. Very clean.

There is construction happening on the property for a renovation. The hotel is right by the highway and is an older property. The first room had stains on the bedding so we switched rooms and it was better. The place wasn’t terrible, just not great.

It was fine.

I would stay there again. They were doing some renovations but it was still clean and quiet

Stayed at the hotel for the first time this year for summer vacation. Walked in to 2 wonderful staff there greeting us with smiles. They were both super helpful, our room was clean an quiet, the pool was nice and warm! And its walking distance to castle fun park! Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

House keeping is only certain days of the week

We always stay here when going to Canada... especially when traveling with our dog! Everyone is always nice. Beds are great! :-)

Convenient to highway.

It’s a great hotel with great staff. Super clean, quiet, it’s been updated recently and undergoing another upgrade. Don’t even hear the construction happening. Highly recommend

The only problem is the noise from the motorway.

I stayed here in April 2024 for a few nights and again for 2 nights this year. I was very pleased with this hotel on my first stay and was just as pleased again with this stay. Parking was plentiful even with some refurbishment of parking areas underway, the hotel is presented tidy and clean. Our room was clean and bed very comfortable. I’m very happy to stay again should I be in the area again

Overall good property to stay. Slightly expensive for the amenities. Our toilet flush wasn’t working which was an inconvenience. We only stayed one night, but a toilet that can’t flush is a huge inconvenience for a $200/night stay as a family.

Great value. Stayed in the room with jacuzzi and loved how big it was. Breakfast was great and a great deal, convenient with white white spot attached to hotel. Pool and hot tub are open late. Great visit overall.

Loved the front desk staff and the pool.

Both agents that checked me in on my back to back reservations were wonderful and knowledgeable, great customer service!!! Beds were comfy room was clean.

Property was clean and staff were great , construction on the underground parking lot
