Great room. Deep bathtub. Close to everything. Staff was great.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at (we travel a lot for sports). The staff are amazing, everything is maintained. The pool and the hot tub are always working (We always book this hotel when we visit the Lower Mainland). Many hotels we stay at the pool and/or the hot tub are out of service for one reason or another. The gym is very good for a hotel. The breakfast is very good, one day the pancake machine was broken and 2 little girls were disappointed. One of the staff members went in the back and made pancakes for the girls! The rooms are quite big and they have large screen tv's. I didn't give a 5/5 on cleanliness only because when we were checking the room before we left we found a pair of socks under the bed that weren't ours.

The breakfast was pretty poor and it took 5 days to get our safe working. Rooms are a good size but no bar

Easy check in. Quiet and spacious room. Excellent breakfast.

Our room was quiet, bed was very comfortable. The gym had nice equipment and was clean. The breakfast was excellent! My only suggestion would be to turn the cardio equipment around in the gym so they face the windows and the lovely green space outside.

The floors were not vacuumed in the room . There was a chop stick, a hair pin and a mint left on the floors in the two rooms. I did notify the head desk., and they did say they would notify the head of cleaning and apologized asking if they could come down to rectify it.

If you looking for a very clean place with comfortable beds and a reasonably good breakfast then I would stay here

Our room was clean, spaceous, and very comfortable for a family stay. Shops nearby, ample paking, and convenient location.

The room was large and very comfortable and if not for the noise which kept me from getting a good sleep it would have received an excellent rating. Room 124 is right next to the lobby so until 1:30 in the morning I could hear guests chatting to reception. At 5:50 had to get up to ask reception to lower their voices as they were having a loud conversation in the office. This is not the first time we have had a noisy room as the previous time at this location we had a room next to the pool access and opposite the housekeeping office which also was very noisy. It’s a great hotel but a few of the rooms are too noisy?

Great staff and comfy bed

I found this hotel to be extremely clean. The recently renovated rooms were well done, spacious, and accommodating for families with young or teenage kids. Parking was decent, but unfortunately, they close their outdoor pool in the fall. However, they do have a small hot tub in this tiny little room,which I found a bit frustrating. Everyone tries to use it, and with kids jumping in and out, it’s very loud and echoes. Thankfully, our room was away from it and we couldn’t hear it. The breakfast was very well organized. The staff was happy and kept everything full. There were many great choices.
