Housekeeping never cleaned my room

Got bedbugs.

Service was fast and easy at check in. Room was clean!

The front desk has a sign "Positive vibes" and it sums up the hotel atmosphere. The front desk people are super nice and the room was relaxing.

It was dirty, outdated, bad condition. I would never recomend it

Warning - no elevator at this property. We were on 3 rd floor. Supposed to be non-smoking but place reeked. Bathroom was not clean - hairball in drain. Hair on pillows.

We had a great stay.

When checking in I felt awkward and strange. On the map the location looks great but pulling in, the building is run down and doesn’t feel safe. We were dropping our suitcases off and heading out for the day and at first glance the room seemed clean and air conditioning worked but the rest of the property was dirty and smelled horrible. I had an uneasy feeling that never went away. Upon return, we checked out and found a different place to stay for the night.

Door keys wouldn’t work , Tv would not work, staff unwilling to help pillows are terrible

First room still dirty second room white powder on bed and gave me a top cover to replace it … and left for the day after I asked for the whole bedding to be changed out due to sensitive skin … we ended up leaving to another hotel

Newish hotel and in great condition.

Very dirty and not well maintained. Appeared to have been updated in not to distant past. Many things in disrepair.

Dirty carpets. Hotel smelled like smoke. Rooms needed updating. Dark. Limited space. Breakfast area was disorganized and not stocked well.

I’ve stayed here before and like the location for easy access coming and going. Dining options are numerous.

Disgusting rooms, bed and towel both had stains on them, staff was very rude and dismissive. Bathroom had towels from previous guest on the floor, tub was nasty.

The staff was super nice and the hotel was very clean I would recommend this hotel to everyone
